| With the progressive advance of technology,the constant development of economic globalization,and the deepening of the division and cooperation of the global industrial chain,Chinese home appliance enterprises must improve their core competitiveness and optimize their business operations if they want to achieve sustainable development under complicated conditions.mode.The light asset operation model is dominated by brand advantage,R&D technology and supply chain.It conforms to the requirements of the times and uses financial leverage to integrate strong resources of enterprises and enable enterprises to gain a favorable position in the competition.By using the method of literature study and case analysis,this paper summarizes the experience of Gree Electric Appliance in light assets operation,interprets the financial characteristics of Gree Electric Appliance’s light assets,analyses the specific path of realizing light assets operation mode through financial strategy,and points out the shortcomings of financial strategy under Gree Electric Appliance’s light assets operation mode at the present stage,and puts forward specific improvement measures.It also provides reference for other enterprises to implement light assets operation mode.The light asset operation mode provides a solid foundation for the sustainable development of Gree Electric Appliances.Gree’s financial strategy focuses on saving costs through strengthening system management,strengthening core technology research and development to enhance competitiveness,strengthening upstream and downstream capital occupation,saving self-owned funds,and strengthening marketing channel innovation.To build a community of interests,and to protect the giant’s position and core competitiveness in the field of home appliances by exploiting and maintaining high value-added links.The research on the light asset operation mode and financial strategy in this paper supplements the relevant theories and practices to some extent. |
