Study On The Application Of Asset-light Strategy Mode

With the development of modern society and the vigorous development of major brands of electrical appliances,the market of China's electrical appliances has reached saturation.The operation of competitive sales among major brands of electrical appliances has reached an unprecedented height.However,their operation methods are quite similar.Their common disadvantages have begun to emerge.Under such an environment,how to improve the utilization of funds by enterprises and how to ensure the brand value of enterprises? It is very important to change and adjust your own business model.This is an industry reform and an opportunity for the development of the household electrical appliance industry.For enterprises that want to win market competitiveness,it is very necessary to rely on changing the business model to achieve sustainable growth of corporate profits.Therefore,for enterprises,how to realize the sustainable development of the enterprise economy,from' heavy' to' light',and the measures to complete the transformation and development of the asset-light strategy model are very worth considering.Gree Electric Appliance is a typical light asset transformation case selected in this paper.The case study method and comparative study method are adopted to analyze the financial performance of Gree Electric Appliance in the transformation process.Haier Electric Appliance is selected as its comparative object.When studying Gree Electric Appliance's balance sheet,this paper finds that Gree Electric Appliance has several typical financial characteristics of asset-light strategy: high turnover rate of current assets,large cash reserves,sufficient cash reserves and relatively low proportion of fixed assets.Furthermore,it deeply analyzes the problems of Gree Electric Appliance when adopting the asset-light strategy model,and adds Haier Electric Appliance as a horizontal comparison,which increases the persuasive power of the data.It is found that measures taken in inventory,procurement and other aspects have played a great role in Gree.Gree asset-light strategy Model's Balanced Scorecard evaluation finds that the operation model has played a role in Gree Electric Appliance and provides experience for other electric appliance enterprises.However,this article also finds that Gree Electric Appliance has encountered some problems when using the light asset model.Therefore,in the fourth chapter,at the end of thearticle,the article also puts forward suggestions and conclusions on the problems encountered by the enterprise,hoping to provide ideas for the development of Gree Electric Appliance in the future.
