Since the "supply-side" reform was proposed, adjusting the economic structure and realizing the optimal allocation of production factors have become the main goals of today's social development.Improving the efficiency of resource allocation has become a bottleneck for China in the process of economic development.Industrial agglomeration is an important form of industrial organization and layout for resource allocation. The formation of co-agglomeration of production factors in a specific geographic space may change the efficiency of resource allocation and thus affect the production efficiency. When production factors are excessively concentrated in geographic space or form a concentration in violation of comparative advantages, resources will form a mismatch. However there is no relevant literature on the research of resource mismatch from the perspective of industrial co-agglomeration.On the basis of combing the relevant literature on resource misalignment and industrial co-agglomeration,this thesis incorporates industrial co-agglomeration into the framework of theoretical research on resource misalignment.Based on the concept of comparative advantage, this thesis identifies the causes, evolution, and resources of the industrial co-agglomeration.The impact of allocation efficiency, and then qualitative analysis of the mechanism of industrial co-agglomeration affecting resource mismatch.Secondly, this thesis takes the manufacturing and production service industries in 31 provinces, cities, and districts in China from2011 to 2015 as research samples, and measures the overall manufacturing of provinces, regions, and cities on the basis of using the EG index to measure the 174 index of China's industrial clusters. With the co-agglomeration index of producer services,a global principal component analysis method was used to measure the level of resource mismatch in each province, city, and district, and a panel number measurement model was constructed to quantitatively analyze the impact of industrial co-agglomeration on resource mismatch. The study found that the impact of industrial co-agglomeration on resource mismatches is U-shaped.When the level of industrial co-agglomeration is low,the resource mismatch is serious. When the level of common agglomeration increases and breaks through the optimal value, the industrial agglomeration is further improved.Intensify resource mismatches. In the process of industrial co-agglomeration affecting the mismatch of resources, the efficiency of resource allocation is affected by the rootedness of the industrial co-agglomeration,the height of the industry is conducive to the improvement of resource allocation efficiency, and the government's intervention in the market playsa regulatory role. Therefore, local governments should strengthen the market mechanism according to the specific conditions of industrial co-agglomeration,give full play to the comparative advantages of industrial co-agglomeration,and mitigate the misallocation of resources due to industrial embeddedness.Through the process of industrial co-agglomeration,the industrial structure will be adopted. The heightened solution to resource mismatch problems.
