China's tourist cave scenic spots(scenic spots)have now reached 708,with an average annual visitor volume of about 40 million people and direct income of billions of yuan,occupying an important position in the booming tourism industry in China.Driven by strong economic interests,how to balance the contradiction between development and protection,rational utilization and protection the karst cave tourism resources is a major problem in the development of karst cave tourism.As an important natural tourism resource and heritage resource,cave tourism resource itself has important non-use value such as existence value,selection value and heritage value.However,the non-use value of karst cave tourism resources has been neglected for a long time,which is the root cause of the contradiction between the development and protection of Karst Cave Tourism-attaching importance to the direct use value reflecting recent economic interests,ignoring the indirect use value and non-use value supporting the sustainable development of karst cave tourism.In the actual development of karst cave tourism resources,owing to the ownership,management and franchise,managers have more initiative and decision-making power in the development and protection of heritage tourism resources,while tourists and local residents are in a passive and disadvantaged position,which leads to tourists and local residents take little part in the protection of karst cave tourism resources.Therefore,the study of non-use value of karst caves has become an important part of karst cave tourism research.Therefore,this paper takes Furongdong,a national 5A scenic spot,a national key scenic spot and a national geological park,an important part of the world natural heritage of "karst areas in southern China",as a case study,and takes tourists,local residents and managers of Furongdong scenic spot as the objects of investigation,collects data in the form of double bounded dichotomous questionnaire from.The average willingness to pay of the three stakeholders and the non-use value of Furong cave tourism resources based on different subjects are calculated by multiple logistic models.Finally,by analyzing the influencing factors of the average willingness to pay of the three stakeholders,the suggestions for protecting the cave tourism resources are put forward.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The average willingness to pay for Furongdong tourism resources of different subjects is quite different.The average willingness of tourists to pay for Furongdong tourism resources is 260.90 yuan;the average willingness of residents to pay for Furongdong tourism resources is 94.66 yuan;and the average willingness of managers to pay for Furongdong tourism resources is 144.73 yuan.(2)The non-use value evaluation of Furongdong tourism resources by different subjects is different.The non-use value of Furong Cave tourism resources based on tourists is 64.28 million yuan,the non-use value of Furong Cave tourism resources based on residents is 1.1468 million yuan,and the non-use value of Furong Cave tourism resources based on managers is 21.3 million yuan.(3)The influencing factors of willingness to pay for tourism resources in Furong Cave are quite different among different subjects.The main influencing factors of tourists' willingness to pay for Furongdong tourism resources are initial bidding value,education level,income level,and understanding of non-use value,awareness of heritage responsibility and awareness of heritage responsibility content.The main influencing factors of residents' willingness to pay for Furongdong tourism resources are initial bidding value,occupational type,education level,and benefit degree,awareness of heritage responsibility and awareness of heritage responsibility content.The main influencing factors of managers' willingness to pay for Furongdong tourism resources are the initial bidding value,working life and the level of knowledge of heritage liability.(4)The protection of karst cave tourism resources can be started from the following aspects: improving the awareness of tourists and residents about the non-use value of karst cave tourism resources;enhancing the benefit degree of residents and mobilizing the initiative of protection;improving the awareness of the heritage responsibility of tourists and residents;enhancing the understanding of the content of heritage responsibility of tourists,local residents and managers,and jointly protecting it.
