The development of the tourist destination is an objective phenomenon. This part and the third part is the base of this paper.The fourth part is the main part of this paper, which makes a study on the extending of the life cycle of the karst cave tourist destination from three points. Firstly, the analysis on the hence of the life cycle's extending of the tour destination. Secondly, discussion of the methods of the different stage of the life cycle's extending. At last, the recovery after the decline of the karst cavern tourist destination.The fifth part is the actual analysis of this paper. On the base of the forward analysis and research, this part makes a actual study on the life cycle's extending of the tour destination by taking the Buddha Cave on the Kuang mountain for example, introducing the survey of the Buddha Cave, the biggest karst cave in northwest of Sichuan, analyzing the life cycle of the tour destination of the Buddha Cave on the Kuang mountain, discussing the life cycle's extending of the tour destination of the Buddha Cave on the Kuang mountain, including the condition of extending, the methods of the extending(reevaluating main imagine, improving the competition ability, creating tour programme, the constructure of the tour industry, the constructure of the tour product, the tour business and sale and the management system).The sixth part is the conclusion of the paper.
