Research On The Relationship Between Network Embeddedness,Dynamic Ability And Enterprise Potential

The transformation of the power of economic growth promotes the facilitation with efficiency of the supply and demand information integration mechanism,opening and sharing of natural resources.Under the highly open social environment,the logic of organizational development is undergoing fundamental changes.It is a fundamental issue for the development of enterprises to maintain a leading position in the competition of incentives.On the basis of the interpretation of the relevant literature,the theoretical development clues are extracted and the research direction of this paper is solved.According to some theoretical reasoning,it is found that network embeddedness,dynamic capability and enterprise potential are logically related,the corresponding research hypothesis is putting forward.From this,the research of this paper is confirmed.In this paper,network embeddedness,dynamic capability and enterprise potential are integrated into the same framework.The extension of its related theoretical concepts has extended the academic perspective and provided a new thinking orientation for subsequent research.In this study,474 effective questionnaires were obtained through questionnaire survey.Using Spss and Amos to carry out statistical analysis of the survey data,the proposed hypothesis is verified and the relationship between them is clarified from the quantitative level.The study found that the center and structure of the hole have created favorable position conditions for enterprises,and have a significant effect on the formation and development of dynamic capability.There is no significant positive effect of relationship intensity on dynamic capability,but it does not mean that the importance of relationship intensity is ignored,enterprises should according to their organizational characteristics and strategic needs to targete selection of the corresponding relationship links.As a strong engine of enterprise development,dynamic capability improves the operational efficiency of enterprise,promoting the continuous improvement of enterprise strategic potential,playing a part of the intermediary role between network embeddedness and enterprise potential.It is the effective driving force of enterprise position.It is necessary to improve the position of enterprises by deepening the degree of network inlay,enhancing the identity of the network and expanding the market share.This article has opened the relationship between network embeddedness,dynamic capability and enterprise potential,and at the same time,it is better to explore and understand.The study has enhanced the understanding of the mechanism of their relationship.It is of profound social significance to study the subject,not only on the rich academic elements,but also on the practical trend of enterprise development,and to provide practical guidance for the overall growth of enterprises.
