Since the beginning of the 21 st century,as the economic globalization has been growing at a tremendous rate,the increasing transparency of market and industry,and the emerging new technologies,the competition in all walks of life has become increasingly fierce.Traditional manufacturing industry is facing unprecedented challenges.At present,a considerable number of manufacturing industries are facing the economic situation of low profit rate,low output value and fierce industrial competition.In order to survive and develop,enterprises should try their best to seek open source.If they can realize saving in cost and saving in cost,they will undoubtedly improve their core competitiveness.An enterprise that can control the cost well will take the lead in the competition with similar enterprises.Companies are bound to try to reduce costs of all kinds,especially high procurement costs.Because procurement is not only the pioneer and doorman of ensuring the continuity of resources needed for production,it is also responsible for nearly 80% of manufacturing spending.Therefore,it is of vital importance for manufacturing enterprises to do well in the procurement management of raw materials.It can effectively reduce the procurement cost of enterprises,improve the market competitiveness of enterprises,maximize profits,and ensure the long-term development of enterprises.XN company is a large escalator equipment manufacturing enterprise,taking the whole elevator production as the main body.Mainly engaged in elevator and escalator design,development,production,sales,installation and maintenance.With the increasing demand of customers,the expansion of the company's business scale,and the pressure caused by market competition,the procurement management becomes more and more complex,the procurement organization becomes larger and larger,and the procurement supply risk increases accordingly.Therefore,it is necessary to study the purchasing management of XN company.Based on the theory of purchasing management purchasing process management ABC classification,Kraljic matrix,business process reengineering theory,ASME analysis method,supplier management theory and other related theories,this paper puts forward the idea of "putting forward problems-analyzing problems-solving problems",and combines the actual situation of XN Company and the characteristics of elevator manufacturing industry.In view of the problems found in the purchasing management of XN Company,this paper makes a detailed analysis one by one,points out the existing problems,finds out the root of the problems,formulates effective optimization strategies and concrete implementation and safeguard measures,so as to realize cost-saving,efficient management and boost the competitive strength of XN Company.Competing goals.Although this article focuses on purchasing management issues of the elevator company XN,other similar enterprises can also learn from the research viewpoints of this paper,hoping to provide some reference for the same type of elevator manufacturing enterprises.
