Study On The Characteristics Of Urban Construction Land Use Change And Its Influencing Factors In Yunnan Province

Urban construction land is the material basis for urban social and economic development.The history of urban construction in Yunnan Province has a long history.In the progress of the times and the rapid development of social economy,the urbanization process in Yunnan Province has gradually accelerated,the urban population has gradually increased,industrial transformation and upgrading,urban residential land use has increased,and even traffic conditions have been continuously improved.All other factors are promoting the continuous expansion of the scale of urban construction land.The blind expansion of urban construction land is not only not conducive to the sustainable development of the city,but also to some extent to intensify the contradiction between people and land.This paper studies the scale and structure of urban construction land in Yunnan Province from 2007 to 2016 through comparative analysis.The results show that the scale of urban construction land in Yunnan Province shows an expansion trend during the research period,although the structure of urban construction land is not balanced,but The overall development is constantly improving.Through the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,the main influencing factors of urban construction land expansion in Yunnan Province are measured.The expansion of urban construction land area in Yunnan Province is mainly affected by the number of tourists,urban population,green coverage of built-up areas,and total investment in fixed assets.The total industrial output value and the impact of urban road area at the end of the year.The results of the main influencing factors on the change of urban construction land area in 16 cities and counties in Yunnan Province show that the main influencing factors for the expansion of urban construction land area in different cities and states are different,even for the same impact factor,for different cities and states.There are also differences in the degree.The research in this paper can provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent regulation of urban construction land expansion and optimization of urban construction land structure in Yunnan Province,and it can promote the development of urban construction land in Yunnan Province towards sustainable development.Therefore,this research has important theoretical and practical significance.The research in this paper mainly includes the following aspects:The first part is the introduction part of this paper,which mainly introduces the research background and research significance of this paper.Then it summarizes the research results of urban land use and its influencing factors at home and abroad;then expounds the research methods and data sources of this paper.Finally,the research content and technical route of this thesis are summarized.The second part is to expound the general situation of the research object of the thesis,which is to explain the basic concept of urban construction land and its classification and the basic overview of the research area.The third part is based on 16 cities and counties in Yunnan Province.The data of urban construction land in 16 cities and counties of Yunnan Province from 2007 to 2016 are mainly analyzed from absolute scale,relative scale,dynamic change of construction land and land for per capita construction.The information entropy of construction land structure and the proportion of urban construction land area occupied by various construction land areas are used to study and analyze the evolution characteristics of urban construction land scale and structure in Yunnan Province.The fourth part mainly considers the actual situation of Yunnan Province and the relevant research results of urban construction land at home and abroad,and qualitatively analyzes the influencing factors of urban construction land change in Yunnan Province.These factors mainly include natural geography,economy,transportation,Population,environment,tourism and other aspects.Then according to the principle of representativeness,comparability and quantifiability of the selected factors,the 16 indicators that affect the urban construction land change in Yunnan Province are selected,and the corresponding index system is constructed.Correlation analysis and principal component analysis are adopted.And multiple regression analysis to quantitatively analyze the influencing factors of urban construction land use change in Yunnan Province,and finally obtain the main influencing factors of urban construction land expansion in 16 cities and counties of Yunnan Province.The results show that the urban construction land use changes in various cities and cities within Yunnan Province.The influencing factors have both differences and commonalities,and the same impact factor has different degrees of influence on cities and states in different geographical locations.The fifth part is to expound the research conclusions and prospects of this paper.In general,this paper enriches and develops the theoretical research of urban construction land,and has a certain expansion in the breadth and breadth of urban construction land research,and provides a reference basis for rational regulation of urban construction land change.
