Research On Urban Construction Land Use Change And Driving Factors In Jiangsu Province

Since twenty-first Century,China's urbanization rate increased by more than 1 percentage points per year. Urban construction land as the carrier of urbanization, in the stage of rapid development of urbanization, showing a rapid expansion of the trend. However, the rapid development of urban construction land in the process of the problem has become increasingly prominent, especially the demand for urban construction land and land supply is becoming increasingly acute contradictions.Therefore, this paper attempts to explore the mechanism of the changes in the process,characteristics and spatial differences of urban construction land, so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of urbanization.Jiangsu, as one of the strategic fulcrum of the eastern development, also faces these problems. Therefore, this paper chooses Jiangsu Province, which has a high level of economic development and population urbanization, as the research object,focusing on the spatial variation of urban construction land change and its influencing factors in Jiangsu province.First of all, the 13 cities in Jiangsu Province as an example, in Jiangsu province 2001-2015 city construction land construction land based on the data from the absolute scale and relative scale, dynamic change degree, per capita construction land,construction land,land use structure information entropy and other aspects of the Jiangsu province city construction and characteristics regional differences in scale and structure changes.Secondly, this paper analyzes the factors that influence the change of urban construction land from the aspects of economy, environment, society, culture and policy. on the basis of domestic and international research on the driving mechanism of urban construction land. Based on this, the impact of building index system of Jiangsu province city driving construction land changes, the size of the force of city construction land use change by using canonical correlation analysis method to calculate each index, then using principal component analysis method to filter the indicators, finally using stepwise regression method to get the city construction in Jiangsu Province, the dominant land use change driving factors.Finally, on the basis of clarifying the similarities and differences between the driving factors of urban construction land use change.
