Research On Quality Management System Of Production Workshop Of DL Petrochemical Company

In today's era,with the rapid development of the world economy and the acceleration of corporate innovation,the practices of various well-known enterprises around the world have shown that the quality of products has become an important factor for enterprises to compete in the market.Since the 1960 s,the theory of total quality management was first put forward,which has attracted great attention from all walks of life in the world.By virtue of the practice of total quality management,countries such as the United States and Japan have been transformed from weak quality countries into strong quality countries in a short time.In the 1970 s,China introduced total quality management and achieved great success in practice.DL petrochemical company in 1996 began to introduce total quality management methods,to a certain extent,improve the quality of the company management level,but the quality system exists only in the company level,subordinate unit of each secondary understanding of quality system management is not deep,most still rely on the technology of the production workshop grassroots experience and observation to manage the quality of the products,not the quality hidden danger and in recognition and prevention of the occurrence of quality problems.How to strengthen the total quality management of the production workshop is an urgent problem to be solved in DL petrochemical company's practice of total quality management.Only by solving this problem can we ensure the long-term stable,sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise.This paper studies the basic theory of total quality management,studies the current situation of total quality management of DL petrochemical company and its production workshops,and discusses the existing problems.Then according to the problems of total quality management in the workshop of DL petrochemical company,a scheme is proposed to solve the quality management problems by applying PDCA cycle work analysis method in the form of QC team.Taking the actual quality problem of the third joint workshop of DL petrochemical company as an example,this paper analyzes and explains how the production workshop applies the relevant theories of total quality management to solve the actual quality problem,and also provides an idea for the total quality management of DL petrochemical company and related industries in China.
