| Human resources are the most important and dynamic assets of enterprise development and an important cornerstone for long-term healthy development of enterprises.The key to the full exploitation and application of human resources lies in human resource management,especially the allocation of human resources.Practice shows that human resource allocation is the source of core competitiveness of enterprises.The building decoration industry is a typical labor-intensive industry.The employment involves a variety of post-crossing and multi-work coordination,and the requirements for human resource allocation are very prominent.Studying the staffing problem in the building decoration industry is of great significance for promoting the development of the building decoration industry,and it is also necessary for the building decoration enterprises to improve the performance of human resource management.In this context,this paper intends to refer to the research framework of enterprise staffing established by relevant scholars by referring to the research results of staffing at home and abroad,taking Shandong HF decoration company as the research object,summarizing the current situation and problems of company staffing,and analyzing relevant reasons.And explore the establishment of a staffing program suitable for Shandong HF decoration company.This paper first discusses the relevant theories of enterprise staffing,elaborates the status quo of personnel configuration of Shandong HF decoration company,comprehensively summarizes the main problems of company staffing,and systematically analyzes the main reasons for the problems of company staffing.Then,on the basis of the previous article,the personnel allocation plan of Shandong HF decoration company was put forward,and a systematic and scientific comprehensive evaluation model of company personnel competence was constructed.Finally,from the four perspectives of human resource system,employment concept,incentive mechanism and training system,the safeguard measures for the implementation of company staffing plan are put forward.The main contribution of this paper: This paper takes the Shandong HF decoration company as the research object,systematically studies the existing problems of enterprise staffing,and explores the optimal approach of enterprise staffing.By compiling the company’s job description,constructing a comprehensive evaluation model of the company’s personnel competence,and compiling the minimum grading standards for different positions,it not only provides concrete and feasible implementation plans for Shandong HF decoration companies to optimize and improve their enterprise staffing.At the same time,it also provides a certain degree of staffing theory guidance for related enterprises in the construction decoration industry.Through the research of the paper,the company provided a complete company staffing plan for Shandong HF decoration company,and established a set of comprehensive evaluation model for personnel competency of the company and the lowest scoring standard for different positions of staffing.The research will provide a theoretical reference and practical basis for Shandong HF Decoration Company to improve the company’s staffing level. |
