In the context of the economic globalization and therapid development of technology,the network operation mode of innovation activities has become a trend,and the network growth has also become a typical feature of the enterprises or industrial clusters.The networked operation of innovation activities means that the innovation members can link different resources with diversified dimensions effectively and robustly through the organizational learning continually and the external resource integration.And it also can promote and activate more innovation output.The changes of the innovation network form mainly include two parts:network deconstruction optimization and reconstruction selection.However,the existing research lacks of the process management research on the cyclic process of the network deconstruction,partner selection,and cooperative relationship maintenance.In addition,the existing studies on the organizational network operation analyze the influence of the diversified demands on cooperation only from the perspective of the single cooperative network,which ignores the factof the multi-dimensional link demand in the process of organizational cooperative innovation.The main works and innovations of this paper are as follows.First,considering the limited time and energy of the focal actor to manage his/her cooperation network,this paper takes the number of his/her primary contacts as the capacity limit of the cooperative network.Due to the nodes with cohesion redundancy can be analyzed as a special type of jointly occupied network position and nodes with structurally equivalence can be replaced by each other,this paper eliminates these two kinds of network redundancy sequentially by the measures of community detection,finding and authorizing the key primary contacts within the network communities.So we provide the method guidance for the focal actor to realize and maintain the robustness of the cooperation network and deconstruct the cooperative network reasonably and efficiently.Second,from the multi-layered network perspective of uncoupled cooperative network and knowledge network,this paper discusses the network reconstruction selection method for the focal actor to improve the output of structure holes and optimize the potential of the knowledge combination simultaneously on the basis of the network deconstruction optimization.In detail,in the process of the cooperative network reconstruction,according to the definition of structure holes,this paper analyzes the different social benefits from different new partners.And the social benefits maximization is expressed as the maximum number of secondary contacts that the focal actor can connect through the new partners.In the process of knowledge network reconstruction,this paper improves the knowledge fusion model proposed by Cowan et al.,in which the number of knowledge combinations between knowledge elements is considered.Not only the improved model retains the advantages of the original model,but it also has the advantage to reflect the knowledge relevance and the deep issues of the knowledge complementarity in knowledge cooperation.And this paper finally solves the network reconstruction selection problem based on the multi-layered network through the multi-objective programming method.Third,in order to guarantee the rights and the benefits of the network members in the decision-making process,this paper uses Tri-reference Point Theory to improve the decision-making method based on the single reference point theory such as Prospect Theory.And according to the thought form the system science "destructiveness reflects importance",this paper calculates the decision weights of each member according to the knowledge loss caused by the network member drops out the cooperative network.The proposed decision-making method of Tri-reference Point Theroy considering network robustness can maintain the good relations and the rubustness of the cooperation network from the both two aspects of behavior science and system science.
