Research On The Influence Of Knowledge Network And Collaboration Network Structure On Enterprise Innovation Performance

From closed innovation to open innovation,innovation evolves from the initial linear model to the present network model,the network is becoming an important environmental characteristic of contemporary enterprises.From the perspective of resource-based and contingency theory,the network provides a knowledge and resources' platform for enterprises in complex and changeable environment to integrate the technology,and become the driving force for the improvement of enterprise's innovation ability.On the network's research dimensions,the current scholars' view of support the knowledge network and cooperative network is different structure,decoupling,Partnership are resources sharing and transfer channels between enterprises in the funds,knowledge and etc.,it cannot reflect or replace the relationship between knowledge elements.The network structure as one of the network research's important bridges,its relationship with the innovation performance of enterprises is the current research hot spots,and there are more controversial and differences.Therefore,this paper takes this as the breakthrough point,distinguishes knowledge network and cooperation network in the discussion of the relationship between network structure characteristics and enterprises' innovation performanceIn order to explore the influence of the knowledge network and cooperation network's structure on enterprise innovation performance,this paper constructs the cooperative network and knowledge network based on the joint patent application and IPC classification number in the engine field from 2011 to 2015,and selects the knowledge network center degree and knowledge network density as the knowledge network structural variables,structural holes as the observation of the cooperative network's structural characteristics variable,Discussing respectively the influence of knowledge network center degree and knowledge network density on the enterprise innovation performance,and technology diversification of the intermediary effect;cooperative network structure The influence of the four dimensions of the structure hole(the effective scale,the efficiency,the restriction and the grade degree)on the innovation performance of the enterprise;and the adjustment effect of the cooperative network structure hole characteristic in the influence of the knowledge network center degree and the density of the knowledge network on the innovation performance of the enterprise.The empirical results show that:(1)the knowledge network center degree is positively related to the enterprises innovation performance,the knowledge network density is negatively related to the innovation performance of enterprises.The technology diversification plays partial mediation in the influence of knowledge network center degree on the enterprises innovation performance,complete mediation in the influence of knowledge network density on the enterprises innovation performance.(2)structural hole-the effective scale is positively related to the enterprise innovation performance,and the structure hole-the restriction is negatively correlated with the enterprise innovation performance;(3)the cooperative network structure is positive regulation in the influence of the knowledge network density to enterprise innovation performance.Based on the above analysis,this paper gives the characteristics of knowledge network and collaboration network structure which can promote the innovation performance of enterprises,as well as the following suggestions on building and improving the knowledge network and cooperation network: Enterprises should pay attention to improving the planning ability of knowledge base and cooperative relationship,build a distinctive knowledge network based on their core knowledge elements and become the controller and coordinator of the cooperative network relations.Coordinate their matching relationship between knowledge network and cooperation network,when the enterprise knowledge network is difficult to provide the corresponding knowledge resources for technology research and development,technology advantage and strength is not prominent,external cooperation network can make up for their own knowledge network defect of adverse influence on the enterprise technology innovation,eventually form a harmonious and stable technical innovation ecosystem.
