Currently,low-voltage electrical industry trends in speeding up,the potential rivals in constantly in this field,substitute for low voltage apparatus development quickly,companies are to speed up the transformation and upgrading,entry barriers and the requirement of brand is becoming more and more high,competition has changed,to cultivate talents becomes a top priority,between reality and change facing many difficulties.In order to maximize the enterprise staff's work enthusiasm,creativity and maximum digging their wisdom,to achieve its explicit and tacit knowledge sharing,improve the rapid response ability of enterprises,Technicians are also the core competitiveness of enterprises,so how to establish a perfect training system for technicians is most important.With unprecedented fierce competition in today's information society,the more enterprise technical staff to attach importance to their education and appreciation,and enterprise itself into the era of transformation,training can improve their quality,make them to face more challenging work,get more opportunities for development,making it "self-realization" intrinsic needs are met,the strong incentive action,and reach the aim to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.However,there are all kinds of disadvantages in current enterprise training.In this paper,through consulting a large number of documents and human resource data of the company,summarizes the related concept and the establishment of the competency model,training of TS company.training system as the research object for case study,the objective analysis of current corporate training,including the introduction of enterprise,the situation of human resources,the problems in the analysis of the training system,and introduced the competency model,building based on competency model adapted to TS company and implementation of security measures.It provides reference and help for the construction of human resources training system of TS company.
