Also, human resources total quantity is limited, relatively scarce, therefore, the human resource optimization rely more on quality improvement. Compared with the traditional personnel management, human resources management idea applies more to the human resource development, to improve staff quality, to improve the skill level, to optimize the structure of knowledge, to update the idea, therefore, the enterprise staff training is the first concern of modern enterprises.When talking about enterprise staff training, we should pay more attention to the input and output, scientific and efficient training management, to make enterprise benefit from training, then to realize the implementation of value-added effect of training, which is the real value of training work. However, for many enterprises, especially the traditional state-owned enterprises and emerging enterprises, training remains on the simple management or relies on management experience, training aim and target is not strong, the attention of training effect is not enough, the understanding of the training input and output of is fuzzy, the training process is not reasonable.This paper focuses on the research of optimization strategy of ZCYM company employee training system, in order to enhance the quality of the staff as the breakthrough point, making a research on the establishment of the enterprise staff competency model. In the design of staff training system, staff competency model is linked with the training plan, implementation, evaluation, it is very important for the efficiency and the effect of staff training enhancement, it is also an effectively support for enterprise development strategy. Study on Optimization of employee training system of ZCYM Company can be extended to other companies which has the same problems, in order to improve the level of enterprise human resources training. |
