The current real estate industry slowdown, increasing competition among enterprises, real estate financial attributes reduce customer buy more rational, China's real estate companies are facing unprecedented pressure. Therefore, the real estate enterprises to enhance their own strength, improve competitiveness becomes more important. Real estate enterprise training system maturity model proposed can effectively guide the real estate business can serve to build corporate human resources strategy training system, but also for the assessment of corporate training system, planning to provide effective help. Maturity model proposed in this paper also has reference significance for other industries corporate training management.Current research training system based on a number of local improvements, there are also a lot of research training system optimization is based on a particular business. This article looks at the training system of assessment, and to study the real estate industry as a whole, and based on existing research results, combined with theoretical training, characteristics and talent demand status of the real estate business, real estate business training system made specifically for assessment maturity models, including 6 levels and 6 dimensions, the six dimensions are refer the curriculum system, lecturer system, support system, organization system, planning system, project system, close association between adjacent levels, each level has a detailed assessment of indicators and benchmarks.This paper argues that the real estate business under the current situation, strategic transformation and supply of talent is critical to the survival and development of enterprises, the future of the industry concentration will continue to rise, the industry reshuffle acceleration. Maturity model proposed practical significance of the training for the real estate business will help to achieve business talent strategy and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
