In recent years,with the continuous development of the network,as long as there is a mobile phone,more and more businesses that need to go to the bank counter before,now only need to be carried out online,the bank's demand for tellers is not as good as before,the teller A post group has been hit by an unprecedented impact.In this context,this paper uses the interview method to investigate and analyze the status quo of the career management of the DL branch tellers of CITIC Bank,and finds that the DL branch tellers of CITIC Bank lack reasonable planning for their career.In response to this problem,I used the knowledge I have learned and the collected information,and gave the status quo and problem analysis of the career management of bank tellers.Through the discussion of various aspects of the tellers,I found a suitable career for CITIC Bank tellers.The direction of development can also help those employees who have been laid off in bank layoffs so that they can take advantage of their own advantages and adapt as soon as possible in the next job.This article uses the example of CITIC Bank's DL branch to discuss a more reasonable plan for bank tellers to solve problems in their careers.When collecting data,I first used the questionnaire survey to investigate the bank tellers of DL branches,and then discussed the domestic development of bank tellers,and removed the above two aspects.I also collected a large amount of foreign materials to discuss it.Because the DL branch is a branch with a large number of tellers in CITIC,let the DL branch as an example,put forward the problems faced by its tellers in the current development process,and in the article,the author also detailed these issues.Then I gave the author's solution to these problems.For different departments and different types of staff,the corresponding career management strategies are given.The bank's own development and employee development are inseparable.When planning the employee's career,the bank should also As a side driver,assist employees to make bank-compliant plans.The author's research is to provide a perfect career planning direction for tellers who may still be in a confused period or have problems at work.
