Research On The Nominal Account System Of Mongolian Pension Insurance

With the dramatic changes in the social form of Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union in the early 1990s,Mongolia,one of the neighboring countries,has also undergone social changes since 1991,moving from the original planned economy system to the market economy system.In this transformation process,the original pension insurance model presented many "unsuitable" problems such as economic recession,aging population,social turmoil and backward old institutional model,in which they prompted Mongolia's pension insurance model's certainty.After nearly 30 years of transformation,the reform has continued to improve and the pension insurance model has undergone several twists and turns under the influence of the market economy.It is currently being improved.This paper conducts a multi-faceted research on the formation and development process of the nominal account system of Mongolian pension insurance,and explores its policies,legal environment,implementation situation,current issues,and advantages and disadvantages,with data from the Ministry of Social Security and Labor of Mongolia....Based on the public data of the pension insurance of the Social Insurance Bureau of the XXX District of Ulaanbaatar City,which is the main research object,compared with the "nominal account" system of other developing countries,and the "market failure" and"government governance" "The relevant theories are the basis of research,and some methods for the reform of the nominal account system of Mongolian pension insurance are obtained.I hope that the research results will be used as the theoretical basis and reference for the reform of the nominal account system of Mongolian pension insurance.This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter introduces the status quo of Mongolian endowment insurance,research situation at home and abroad,and the research ideas,methods of this paper.The second chapter is related to the concept and theoretical basis.The third chapter is the status quo of the pension account system of Mongolian pension insurance.It mainly analyzes the specific situation of the nominal account system of Mongolian pension insurance,government policies and legal arrangements and problems encountered.The fourth chapter,Mongolian pension insurance nominal account system research recommendations,compared with international trends,put forward relevant recommendations.The fifth chapter is a summary.
