With the advent of the knowledge economy era,higher requirements are placed for the organizational culture management of enterprises.The employees education level has increased fast,and the enterprises members realize the importance of the organizational culture.Compare to the traditional state-owned enterprise system management,private enterprise employees need more concerned about people,and corporate culture is more widely used.Organizational culture is an essential means of achieving the management objectives as the core management concept of the enterprise organization management.China and Russia have maintained similar social systems and production methods for a long time in the last century.In the early 90s,they entered the reform period.The private enterprises of the two countries began to develop very fast almost at the same time.The similar history and development situation have made the private enterprises of the two countries face many similar problems in their development.The organizational culture management is a very important part of the private enterprises.In recent years,China's economy has developed fast and the Russian economy has also recovered.With the steady rise of China's and Russian economies,organizational culture management has received more attention.This paper analyzes the history of development and current situation of private enterprise organizational culture management in China and Russia,analyzes the similarities and differences between Chinese and Russian private enterprise's organizational culture management.This paper concludes that there are three similarities between Chinese and Russian private enterprise's organizational culture lanagement:they all face the sale social and economic change environment,have similar corporate organizational culture management models,and have the same corporate organizational culture management goals.Chinese and Russian enterprises have four major differences in organizational culture management:different perspectives of qualified personnel,different influences of corporate culture on organizational culture management,different incentive nlethods,and different management methods.According to these similarities and differences,this paper gives two suggestions for the Chinese enterprise's organizational culture n,anagelent:build a human-oriented corporate culture and establish a modern enterprise organizational culture managelent system.Three suggestions for the Russian enterprise's organizational culture management were proposed:establish performance appraisal and incentive mechanism,establish the concept of respecting qualified personnel,and constructing an organizational culture management innovation mechanism.These suggestions can improve the shortcomings of the organizational culture management in Chinese and Russian enterprises,ensure the good operate of organizational culture management,optimize the organizational culture management,support the realization of enterprises strategic goals,and promote the long-term economic development of the Chinese and Russian enterprises.
