Performance management refers to a process in which the management of an enterprise ensures that the performance achievements of the enterprise and its subsystems(including departments,processes,project teams and employees)are consistent with the strategic goals of the enterprise and can promote the realization of the strategic goals of the enterprise.Performance management is not only an important means to achieve the strategic goal of enterprise development and cultivate core competitiveness,but also an important content of enterprise management.Optimization of the performance management process is not only conducive to promoting the development of the enterprise and the improvement of the performance of departments and employees,but also helpful to tap the potential of employees and promote the improvement of employees' personal ability,so as to achieve the goal of achieving the balance of enterprise goals and personal development and achieve the sustainable development of the enterprise.GN company is taken as the research object in this paper.As a developing small and micro enterprise,GN company has unclear cognition of the importance of performance appraisal and formalism in performance management-Performance appraisal indicators are not scientific,appraisal methods tend to be single,do not pay attention to the guidance of employees in the process of performance management;Improper performance assessment cycle setting,feedback results are not paid attention to.Designed.the GN company performance management this article researched,the purpose is to build in line with the fast developing period of designed.the GN company need performance management plan,to ensure that the company strategic goals to achieve,to promote the improvement of the performance management process,the formation of performance oriented corporate culture,form a perfect organization guarantee system,thus for enterprise long-term development to lay a solid basis of humann,change the previous extensive management mode,make the management more scientific,refinement,and improve enterprise management ability,cohesion and core competitiveness.This paper summarizes and summarizes the existing theoretical achievements on performance management at home and abroad,and interprets performance management from different dimensions,including the process control dimension of performance management,the cultural system dimension of performance management and the organizational guarantee dimension of performance management.On the basis of fully studying the current implementation of GN company performance management,this paper puts forward the ideas,principles and countermeasures of GN company performance management optimization.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance,research ideas and methods,and innovation points of this paper.The second part is related theoretical basis and literature review,introducing performance management and some related theories,including objective management theory,balanced scorecard theory,key performance indicator theory,PDCA cycle theory,etc.,providing theoretical guidance for the preparation of the paper and inspiration for exploring practical methods;The third part introduces GN company and analyzes its human resource management status and performance management status.It is clear that,as a developing small and medium-sized enterprise,GN company has unclear cognition of the importance of performance appraisal and formalism in performance management.The performance appraisal index is not scientific and the appraisal method tends to be single.Pay no attention to the guidance of employees in the process of performance management;Improper performance assessment cycle setting,feedback results are not paid attention to.The main problems existing in the performance management process of GN company were studied from three dimensions,and the department functions were clarified before the performance management was optimized to clarify the work flow and post responsibilities.The fourth part,from three levels to optimize designed.the GN company performance management implementation plan,mainly through the organization's strategic goals will performance target layers of decomposition,practical and effective performance planning,dynamic continuous implementation,communication,evaluation and feedback,and use the results to the next phase of the continuous improvement of performance plans;The fifth part introduces the guarantee measures of GN performance management optimization,including updating the job description and setting up the performance management information system.The sixth part is conclusion summarizes full text,points out that establishing performance management consultation according to the actual situation of enterprises,and performance management is not just a matter of manager or human resources department,it need to managers and by managers to participate,through systematic management mechanism,the enterprise strategic target layers of implementation.
