| As a pillar industry in China,the transportation industry is obviously different from other industries in its production and operation activities.Its high pollution and heavy service characteristics have made the government and society pay more attention to corporate social responsibility practices.However,at present,China’s transportation industry has frequent corporate social responsibility issues,such as corruption and environmental protection,which have severely constrained the sustainable development of the industry.Based on this,considering that there are few domestic social responsibility evaluation studies for the transportation industry,and the differences within the industry are obvious,high-speed rail,civil aviation,ports and other enterprises have their own characteristics in management,products and services.The symbiosis theory and corporate social responsibility research are combined to determine the target of responsibility,and combined with the status quo of the transportation industry,the fuzzy-Topsis model is used to establish a corporate social responsibility evaluation system suitable for the transportation industry.Firstly,this paper combs the related concepts and theories of corporate social responsibility,and then constructs the conceptual framework of corporate social responsibility by analyzing the characteristics of the transportation industry and combining with the pluralistic symbiosis theory.Thirdly,based on ISO and G4 standards of Global Reporting Initiative,this study takes 42 listed companies in transportation industry as the research object,simplifies the indicators through main base analysis and related analysis,and establishes an evaluation model of corporate social responsibility by using fuzzy-Topsis.According to the empirical results,the overall performance level of corporate social responsibility in China’s transportation industry is not high,and the polarization phenomenon in the industry is severe,there is still a lot of room for comprehensive performance to rise.Secondly,the classification ranking of highway transport industry is at the end of the eighth,which is far behind the first classification industry,and should be paid attention to.Furthermore,according to the analysis of the results of the sub-criteria level,it can be seen that there are obvious differences in the performance level of the criteria level of symbiotic units among different types of enterprises in the transportation industry.In addition,although benchmarking enterprises exist in all the classified industries,the imbalance of performance of some enterprises is serious,and should be improved in the future. |
