Research On The Construction Of "The Belt And The Road" Along African Countries

Since its establishment,“The Belt and Road” Initiative has greatly strengthened the links between China and African countries,and promoted the friendship and economic development between China and African countries.The main content of the "Belt and Road" involves policy link up,facility connectivity,trade flow,capital and finance,and the basis of people-to-people bond is through information linking,but the current research on how to conduct information linking in the context of the "B&R" is still slightly insufficient based on this initiative.This paper studies the construction of African National Information Consulting Center under the background of the “B&R” cooperation initiative.This paper first discusses the status quo of the domestic and international construction of the African National Information Consulting Center for the "B&R",analyzes the current status of the construction of information consulting centers in various countries at the current stage,and proposes how to establish information consulting in African countries under the background of the "B&R".The problems faced during the construction of the center and the information consulting center have laid the foundation for further research.Secondly,based on the studies of the “B&R” Initiative”,Think Tanks,and the“Community with Shared Future for Mankind ”,it provides theoretical support for the construction of information consultation.Then,the requirements of the information consulting center were discussed,and the innovative value of the information consulting center was proposed,and it pointed out that it has functions of integrating information and providing consultation services.Then the principles and framework of the information consulting center were studied.Finally,taking Tanzania as a Case Study,the construction plan of the information consulting center in Tanzania was explored.
