The Influence Of Psychological Capital And Family Capital On College Students’ Self-employment Tendency And Expectation Of Monthly Salary Tendency

Education is the countrys great plan and the party’s plan.With the gradual expansion of the scale of China’s higher education,elite education tends to be popular,and the supply of talent market exceeds demand.College graduates are facing increasing employment pressures year after year!As a young and energetic part of talents,college students’ successful employment is directly related to whether a countrys high-quality human capital can effectively connect with material capital,which is of great significance!Therefore,promoting the employment of college students and improving the efficiency of human resources allocation of college students has important practical significance for promoting people’s investment in high-level human capital,promoting scientific and technological progress and economic and social development.According to the current characteristics of the university student employment market has changed from "seller market" to "buyer market",innovation and creating more jobs has become the only way to solve the current employment difficulties of college students.In addition,current college students tend to have higher expectations of monthly salary,as a result,the employment market cannot effectively achieve the matching of people and posts.Therefore,it is of guiding significance to study the tendency of college students to start their own businesses and the expectation of monthly salary.As the internal factors affecting the employment behavior of college students,psychological capital directly or indirectly influences the formation and change of college students’ self-employment tendency and expectation of monthly salary.Family capital,as the original environment for individual growth and development,guides college students’ self-employment tendency and expectation.The external factors that shape and change the monthly salary.Therefore,in the promotion of college students’ culture and professionalism,deepening the reform of higher education and promoting the employment of college students,it is necessary to attach importance to the influence of psychological capital and family capital on the employment tendencies and employment behaviors of college students.Based on human capital theory,Holland’s professional orientation theory and Shain’s occupational anchor theory,this thesis divides psychological capital into four dimensions of self-confidence,hope,optimism and resilience,and divides family capital into family economic capital and family cultural capital.The three dimensions of family social capital,through the self-edited "College Students’ Self-employment Tendency and Expectation Monthly Salary Tendency Questionnaire",conducted a questionnaire survey of 446 college students in four universities in Dalian,and used descriptive statistical analysis and empirical analysis to gain insight into the current situation.The influence of college students’ psychological capital and family capital on college students’ self-employment tendency and expectation of monthly salary.The results show that in terms of self-employment propensity,all dimensions of psychological capital will have an impact on college students’ entrepreneurial tendencies,while family economic capital and family social capital in family capital will have an impact on college students’ self-employment tendency.Only the self-confidence dimension in capital has no effect on the expected monthly salary level of college students.Only family culture capital in family capital has no influence on the expected monthly salary level of college students.This thesis collects the first-hand real data by self-editing the questionnaire on the college students’ self-employment tendency and expectation monthly salary tendency.However,due to the insufficient number of samples collected,the scale measurement method will lead to the measurement results being affected by the selected subjects.College students’ psychological capital is a concept of development,and this research is a cross-cutting study.There are still many shortcomings in this study.
