The Influence Of Employment Policy Change On College Students’ Human And Social Capital And Employment

Since the implementation of the reform and opening up policy,China’s economic system has changed from highly centralized planned economy to market economy gradually.In order to adapt to the development of social economy and to meet the demand of different periods of employment,college students’ employment policy in China is also changing.It has affected college students’ human capital and social capital to varying degrees,and it also has different effects on college students’ employment.Especially in the current severe employment situation,college students have to strengthen their own human capital and social capital stock,and overcome the negative impact in order to enhance their employability.This is an important factor in promoting the harmonious development of society and economy and maintaining social health and stability.Through analyzing the evolution of college students’ employment policy after the reform and opening up the change of college students’ human capital and social capital,and its influence on college students employment,this thesis puts forward some effective measures to promote college students’ employment from three perspectives: the government,college and college students.The theoretical basis is Marx’s theory of employment.The thesis is composed of the following six parts.Chapter 1 is an introduction.This part mainly expounds the background,significance,domestic and foreign research,research ideas,methods innovation and deficiencies of this research.Chapter 2 is the basic definitions and theoretical basis.This part gives an introduction of the basic definitions and related theories of employment,entrepreneurship,human capital and social capital.Chapter 3 is about the change of college students’ employment policy.This chapter elaborates the three stages of the employment policy change since the reform and opening to the outside world,the change of college students’ employment and its characteristics.Chapter 4 is the situation of human capital and social capital of college students.This part expounds the changes of the human capital and social capital of college students after the reform and opening up in three stages of employment policies.Chapter 5 is about the influence of the change of human capital and social capital on employment.This part analyzes the different impacts of employment policy in different stages on employment,including both the positive and negative impact.Chapter 6 is the research on employment countermeasures under the guidance of Marx’s theory of employment.This part is based on the current employment environment in our country.Guided by Marx’s theory of employment,starting from three perspectives of the government,college and students,we explore countermeasures for college students’ employment in line with China’s national realities.The purpose of this research is to improve the employment situation of college students in China,to increase the effectiveness of human capital and social capital of college students,and to make employment policy better for college students.
