With the rapid development of economy and technology,enterprises face a fierce competitive environment..To achieve long-term growth,companies must innovate.The innovation behavior of the employees determines the level of innovation of the enterprise and the subsequent development of the enterprise.Therefore,how to effectively motivate employees to make more innovative behaviors becomes especially important in the enterprise.In the enterprise,the leadership factor is an important factor affecting employee behavior.Authorized leadership is a new type.of leadership style recently studied.Authorized leadership emphasizes sharing power with subordinates and enabling employees to have autonomy in their work.Although many scholars have linked authoritative leadership to employee innovation behavior,the mechanism of action between the two is not perfect.This study attempts to link authorized leadership with employee innovation behavior and explore its role.Mechanisms and effective boundary conditions.There are two main directions for academic research and practical research on authorized leadership:the context of contextual empowerment and the perspective of psychological empowerment.From the perspective of scenario authorization,it is the act of leading a subordinate to grant certain powers.From the perspective of psychological empowerment,it refers to the manager's behavior of improving the motivation of employees,and does not include the granting of certain powers to subordinates.Based on the theory of cognitive empowerment,this study constructs an adjustable mediation model based on cognitive evaluation theory,and discusses the interaction effects of leadership style,job sense,individual personality characteristics and individual behavior of employees..By exploring the role of empowered leadership and sense of work in employee innovation behavior,we study how employees influence the innovation behavior of employees through empowered leadership and sense of work in the organization.In addition,this paper also distinguishes employees in high In the case of active personality and low-initial personality,the sense of job sense will be affected by the intermediary role of authorized leadership and employee innovation behavior.The narrative of this study includes the following sections.First of all,This section includes research background,meaning,content,methods,and innovations..Second,the theoretical basis and literature review first explain the cognitive evaluation theory,and then comb the relevant research on authorized leadership,employee innovation behavior,work sense and initiative personality.Third,research hypotheses and model construction,combined with relevant theories to present the hypothesis of this paper,detailing the process of research hypothesis.It also describes the data collection process.Fourth,empirical analysis,this part firstly tests the reliability and validity of the collected data,and uses AMOS20.0,SPSS20.0 and other software to test the mediating effect,regulatory effect and regulated intermediary.Fifth,the results of the discussion and outlook.The research results show that the authorized leadership has a positive impact on the employee's innovative behavior,and the sense of work sense has a partial mediating effect;at the same time,the active personality adjusts the role of the authorized leadership in the sense of work.Initiative personality is a stable personality trait,which can have a certain impact on employee innovation behavior in the process of interacting with authorized leaders.The innovations of this research are as follows:(1)Exploring the relationship between empowered leadership and employee innovation behavior,and expanding the research on the influence mechanism of authorized leadership on employee innovation behavior.This thesis attempts to introduce the meaning of work to explore the internal mechanism of authorized leadership to influence employees'innovative behavior through the sense of meaning of employees' work,and to find out the important role of sense of work in improving employees' innovative behavior.(2)Exploring the boundary conditions of the influence of authorized leaders on employee innovation behavior from the perspective of interaction between leadership and personality traits.Breaking through the unilateral model of the influence of leaders on employees in previous studies,it proves that under the condition of high-initial personality,the role of authorized leaders in influencing employees'innovative behavior through the sense of work will be strengthened.
