Research On The Construction Of Logistics Collaborative Evaluation System Between China And Mongolia

With the rapid development of Mongolia's economy and the continuous strengthening of China-Mongolia trade partnership,the development of China-Mongolia logistics is the trend of the times.Under the background of the“Belt and Road Initiative”and Mongolia's“Prairie Silk Road”strategy,China-Mongolia logistics development will become an important cornerstone for promoting economic and trade cooperation.If logistics construction is not in place,it will have a serious impact on trade development.Therefore,promoting the coordinated development of logistics between China and Mongolia is not only crucial to the economic development of Mongolia,but also an important part of the construction of "interconnection and interconnection" under the"one belt and one road" initiative.This paper attempt analyzes the problems existing in the coordinated development of China-Mongolia logistics under the background of " One Belt,One Road" and establishes a logistics synergy evaluation system to analyze the coordination degree of Sino-Mongolian logistics cooperation development and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.This paper expounds the research background and research significance of Sino-Mongolian logistics collaboration,analyzes the logistics synergy at home and abroad,and introduces the research content and research methods based on this.Afterwards,the concepts of logistics,logistics coordination,regional logistics and regional logistics coordination were defined,which laid a theoretical foundation for the later research.Based on the previous scholars' research on the status quo of Mongolia,this paper summarizes the current situation of Sino-Mongolian logistics synergy development,and analyzes the problems existing in the coordinated development,and discusses the factors affecting the coordinated development of China-Mongolia logistics.Based on the perspective of synergy,the logistics system is analyzed,and the overall development level of the economy,industry,trade and market,logistics infrastructure,and five sub-level indicators and 17 secondary indicators are selected to construct a logistics synergy development evaluation index system.The weight of the evaluation index is calculated,and the coordination degree evaluation model is constructed.Based on this,the coordination degree of China-Mongolia logistics is calculated.Based on the research results of the coordinated development of China-Mongolia logistics,it is proposed that there are several countermeasures for the coordinated development of China-Mongolia logistics.Specifically,from the improvement of the policy system;to enhance the process of logistics modernization;to strengthen the construction of logistics industry;to improve the bilateral logistics system;four aspects,proposed countermeasures to promote the coordinated development of China-Mongolia logistics.The innovation of this paper lies in that it clearly defines the macro level and micro level logistics coordination through the construction of transnational(China Mongolia)logistics coordination development model.Based on the existing relevant theories on regional logistics coordination,it creatively puts forward the elements(hardware and software)of the meso level(transnational region)Logistics coordination development in the model,and puts forward the specific promotion On the basis of the existing theory,the research on collaborative development of logistics is enriched.
