Research On Evaluation Of Enterprises’ Synergy Innovation System Based On Institution Entropy

Our country’s independent innovation ability is not strong enough at present, and the mechanism of science and technology system still has some outstanding problems. The emergence of synergy innovation is just in response to the innovation problems in science and technology, such as parts segmentation, resources scattered, research activitiesclosed etc., so as to further promote original innovation, integrated innovation, and further innovation based on introduction of digestion and absorption. As the main body of innovation, enterprises playing a positive role in synergy innovation system.On the basis ofextensive study on synergy innovation related research at home and abroad, this paper evaluate the efficacy of the enterprise synergy innovation system from the perspective of institution entropy.Mainly building an entropy change model and an evaluation index system based on institution entropy of an enterprise synergy innovation systemThen through the method of in-depth interviews and questionnaire survey, obtaining the relevant data. And according to the expert assignment, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the index weight,further calculating the total entropy of the enterprise synergy innovation system, and in accordance with the total entropy to judge the degree of order (the running effect quality status) of the enterprise synergy innovation system.Finally putting forward the corresponding improvement SuggestionsIn this paper, we do empirical analysis on X company as the research object, using institution entropy evaluation method, and calculating the total entropy.Research results shows that the synergy innovation system of the enterprise X is basically in a state of order, and the system arrangement efficiency is higher.But for the entropy is close to zero, which indicating the status of close to zero bound, timely needing to adjust on the low efficiency institutional arrangement. In the end of this paper,the author puts forward four specific suggestions for improvement:Further Improving the Infrastructure Co-construction and Sharing Mechanism;Further Perfecting the Talent Cultivation and Introduction Plan;Further Strengthen the Construction of Synergy Innovation Culture;Further Defining Main Body of Risk Sharing Responsibility. At the same time, in view of the other synergy innovation main body which including the government,the author also puts forward several policy suggestions such as further deepen the reform in the institutional system of science and technology, further strengthen governmental guidance and supervision, further strengthen development environment of synergy innovation, etc.
