ZL Engineering Technology Co.,Ltd.is the first-level business unit acquired by COFCO,a Fortune 500 company,in 2006.With excellent management,abundant resource reserves and high-quality customer service,ZL Engineering Technology Co.,Ltd.has formed the main business framework of "Research and Development+Engineering Design+Engineering General Contracting+Equipment Manufacturing",which is special in the domestic engineering design industry.In the domestic engineering design industry,especially the commercial,grain business sector,it have gain a place.However,with the group headquarters being identified as the first batch of state-owned capital investment company pilot enterprises,ZL Engineering Technology Co.,Ltd.also followed the group's pace to the reform path.In the process of reform and development,the company faces many challenges such as market competition,product innovation,performance growth,and management improvement.The company hopes to improve the overall quality of the company's employees through effective employee training,increase the company's human capital stock,improve company performance and promote strategic goals.This paper takes the staff training of ZL Engineering Technology Co.,Ltd.as the research object.Firstly,it systematically sorts out the research on staff training at home and abroad,clarifies the research background and significance,research objectives and contents,combs the research ideas,and does a good job in research methods and theoretical tools Prepare.Secondly,the current situation of staff training management in ZL Engineering Technology Co.,Ltd.is investigated comprehensively.Based on the systematic analysis of the survey results,it is found that there are some problems in the company,such as the failure of staff training system to support the company's strategy,the lack of systematic and scientific analysis of staff training needs,the lack of comprehensive and objective evaluation of staff training effect,and the lack of professional competence in human resources management.Finally,it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the staff training management system to support the company's strategy,improve the accuracy of training needs analysis,improve the effectiveness of training effectiveness evaluation,and improve the professional ability of human resources management to improve the staff training management level of ZL Engineering Technology Co.,LtdIt is hoped that the research results in this Paper can improve the training quality of employees of ZL Engineering Technology Co.,Ltd.,optimize the structure of company's human resources,and build a competitive advantage based on human resources.It is also hoped that this paper can provide a reference for staff training management of similar engineering design enterprises.
