The employee after 80s' which growing up after reform and opening, is a group with the characters of seeking autonomy, individual, diverse and innovative, and play a vital role in long-term developmen of modern company in the information economy development. In this paper, the basic theory of incentives,correlative research and others are reviewed, the satisfaction and demand survey of XD foreign trade company is analyzed. From the statistical results, the discovery is that for the after 80s'employee, development needs is the primary needs, followed by material needs, and then the relationship needs, and the existing incentives in this situation is reflected in three aspects of pay, teamwork, personal motivation level of satisfaction lower status.Drawn from the analysis to address the incentive problems of the employees after 80s' this paper looks the needs as a starting point, by analysis of occupational background and characteristics of employees after 80s', and combined with a degree of survey results, for the the current status of the XD company's lack of incentive policies, according to the relevant theory of motivation, drawing on the experience of other companies practice, optimize building the incentive mechanism of employees after 80s'. This incentive mechanism, the paper summarizes that the first step should be obtained to establish the training of career development planning around the incentive system, followed by improving the incentive pay system as the core material, then create to regulate a reasonable addition to the scientific management system, the final implementation is the positive culture incentive system with the people-oriented theme. Also the mechanism shuld made good candidates, setting a system of choosing people, knowing people,and employing people, strengthening the company's mentoring, and performance appraisal system are the perfect security programs to implement effective mechanism.
