Technical efficiency is an important indicator to measure technological progress and productivity in a region.The research of this indicator has always been the focus of regional research.If a region is technically inefficient,it will inevitably affect the economic aggregate and its growth rate.The coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji is the "third economic growth pole" for China's economic transformation and upgrading.Actively promoting the coordinated development of the Jing-Jin-Ji,building a cross-regional collaborative innovation community,and building a new engine for national innovation-driven economic growth is an important practice for solving regional imbalances and uncoordinated problems in China in the new era.The Jing-Jin-Ji has always faced problems such as disparity in industrial structure,polarization of population distribution,uncoordinated distribution of basic public services,and inefficient cooperation.Only by improving the economic aggregate is not enough to make its long-term stable development,the sustainable development of the Jing-Jin-Ji should be achieved with the goal of improving technical efficiency.In order to promote the rational spatial layout of the Jing-Jin-Ji and narrow the regional development gap,the article explores the factors affecting the coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji by exploring the technical efficiency level of the Jing-Jin-Ji,provides relevant basis for management decision-making at all levels of government and theoretical support and policy recommendations for the integrated development of the Jing-Jin-Ji.By combing relevant literature at home and abroad,in order to eliminate the influence of environmental factors and make the differences between Jing-Jin-Ji visualized.The article mainly adopts three-stage DEA and spatial correlation pattern method,and technologies for 13 cities in Jing-Jin-Ji during 2009?2017.The efficiency level was effectively measured and the degree of association between the 11 cities in the Jing-Jin-Ji was explored.The article believes that there is still space for improvement in the technical efficiency level of the Jing-Jin-Ji,and the internal correlation in the Jing-Jin-Ji is not high.Beijing's capital and labor input have been fully utilized.Tianjin can improve its technical efficiency by adjusting capital and labor input.Hebei Province should mainly adjust labor input,In addition,five indicators,such as the export value ratio,the second-and third-industry value-added ratio,the actual urban road area at the end of the year,the higher education students and the science and technology expenditure,have the effect of improving technical efficiency.Other environmental factors are not.The effect of completely correcting technical efficiency,even to a certain extent,hinders the improvement of technical efficiency.Finally,the specific measures to improve the technical efficiency level of Jing-Jin-Ji are proposed from the perspectives of overall technical efficiency,urban correlation and environmental factors in the Jing-Jin-Ji.It is believed that the short board should be completed,the coordinated development should be maintained,and the environment should be optimized.Through the article,we can fully understand the technological efficiency changes and the evolution of spatial correlation in the integrated development of the Jing-Jin-Ji,and provide sufficient theoretical support for the coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji,narrowing regional differences,and improving the technical efficiency of the Jing-Jin-Ji.
