Since the international financial crisis, the world economy has been in a weak economic recovery for a long time.Since the reform and opening up,China's economic development has been rapidly increasing, and trade with the international market has become increasingly deeper. However,as China's domestic reforms enter the deep-water area,it faces the pressure of declining economic development level, economic growth slows down, and overcapacity needs to be resolved. The rapid economic and trade growth achieved by relying on the increase in import and export trade in a small number of markets is also urgently needed to find a solution. In the context of the post-economic crisis's international economic background and domestic reforms entering the deep-water zone, studying the factors affecting China's trade with the "Belt and Road" countries will not only drive the economic development of countries along the route, but also ease the downward pressure on China's economy.Expand the foreign trade market and transfer excess domestic production capacity. This paper uses the World Bank's business environment survey data to measure customs clearance costs by three different indicators of customs clearance time, cost and number of documents, using participating countries' customs clearance costs and China and participating countries for 2008-2017 import and export trade data, the empirical test examines the impact of customs clearance costs on the volume of import and export trade between China and participating countries. The empirical results show that the customs clearance cost of participating countries has a significant negative correlation with China's import and export trade flows, and it shows that the customs clearance costs of participating countries show a significant negative correlation between China and its import and export trade flows, and show trade flows to China and countries along the country, whether in customs clearance time, customs clearance fees or the number of documents required for customs clearance, has significant negative effect. After the sample-segment regression,it was found that the customs clearance cost showed different trade flows to different industries and regions. The impact on the trade flows of major manufacturing products is greater than the trade flows of non-manufacturing products;the impact of import and export customs clearance costs on different regions is different after distinguishing different regions, indicating the trade between China and participating countries. The development potential of exchanges is huge. The policy significance of the above conclusions is that China and countries along the route can use the "One Belt and One Road" initiative to strengthen trade cooperation with countries along the route, reduce customs clearance costs, expand the foreign trade market, promote the economic and trade development between China and participating countries, and achieve the balance of import and export trade.
