Analysis On The Sustainable Profit Model Of Mobike

With the advent of the "Internet plus" era,the sharing economy began to rise,followed by the sharing of economic fever.The public bicycle industry firmly seized this development opportunity and formed the development mode of "Internet+public bicycles".Driven by this model,the shared bicycle industry is developing rapidly,the number of shared bicycles is increasing,and the scope of use is also increasing.Although the development of shared bicycle has brought convenience to people's daily life and solved the "last kilometer"problem in urban life,a series of problems have arisen in the process of development.With the increase of sharing bicycle brand and number,because of the lack of sustainability of the profit model of sharing bicycle companies,these companies have problems of insufficient revenue and expenditure,and even many sharing bicycle companies have gone bankrupt.Under this background,the sharing bicycle enterprises should clearly realize that profit is the basis of business operation,and the formation of a good profit model is the most importalt thing for the development of enterprises.Firstly,this paper introduces the definition and elements of profit model.Secondly,taking Mobike as the main research object,this paper analyzed the four elements of its profit model.At the same time,the paper introduces the main profit models of Mobike Company and makes a sustainability analysis.Then,through the analysis of the current situation and profit model of Mobike,the paper points out the problems existing in the operation process of Mobike company,such as single profit model,low rental income and high operating cost.Finally,in view of the problems in the profit model of Mobike Company,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the perspectives of enterprise and government to promote the better development of Mobike Industry and even the whole sharing bike industry.The innovation of this paper lies in innovating the profit model of Mobike Company,putting forward the improved advertising profit model and cooperation model,and analyzing the sustainability of these two profit models from the aspects of economy.
