Research On Performance Evaluation Of Farmer Professional Cooperatives In Poverty-Stricken Areas Of Sichuan Province

With the gradual integration of the world economy,the organizational model of farmers'professional cooperatives has taken root quickly,providing farmers with high-tech farming tools,concentrating human and financial resources,and improving agricultural production efficiency.For the peasant masses in poverty-stricken areas,the farmers' own production capacity is weak.When agricultural labor is used,land waste and low work efficiency often occur.Farmers' professional cooperatives can help these poor farmers to improve their productivity and have certain problels in solving poverty problems.Safeguards.However,in many poor areas of China,such as Sichuan,Yunnan,Gansu,and Shaanxi,some farmers'cooperatives have low performance levels.In this context,this paper will take the analysis of the performance of some farmers' professional cooperatives in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture and Chenzhou City in Sichuan Province.The full text consists of six parts.The first chapter expounds the background,significance,and research status of the topic at home and abroad,and comprehensively reviews the literature,indicating the research content and the research methods and innovations needed in the research.The second chapter sorts out the specific concepts and applied theories.The third chapter analyzes the development status of farmers' professional cooperatives in poverty-stricken areas in Sichuan Province,such as the development background,governance structure,composition of members.and operation mechanism of cooperatives,and puts forward the problems of performance and analyzes the causes.The fourth chapter applies the network analysis method and the balanced scorecard to establish a performance evaluation system.Through the calculation of the index weights,the power coefficient method is used to obtain the dimensionless data,and the performance score is obtained,and the score analysis is performed.The fifth chapter analyzes the factors affecting performance by Tobit regression model,and selects eight influencing factors as independent variables.The former cooperative performance score is the dependent variable,and the analysis results are obtained.The sixth chapter obtains the research conclusions based on the analysis of the data results,and proposes practical suggestions and countermeasures.The research shows that:(1)The overall performance level of farmers' professional cooperatives in poverty-stricken areas in Sichuan Province is not good,and there are some typical cooperatives with better performance.(2)The number of cooperative training,the number of cooperative members,the director's academic qualifications,and the previous performance of the chairman's perfornance have a significant impact on the performance level of the cooperative.(3)The imbalance in the development of cooperatives is very serious.Therefore,local operating income can be further enhanced by increasing government support,introducing professional and technical personnel,strengthening agricultural knowledge,and establishing local brand awareness.
