Research On Coordination Mechanism Of Cross-border E-commmerce Logistics Service Supply Chain Based On Combination Contract

In recent years,the cross-border e-commerce develops rapidly in our country,and has improved China's economic development.While at the same time,the bottleneck of cross-border e-commerce logistics has become increasingly prominent.The empirical study shows that customs clearance convenience has become a major factor affecting consumers'acceptance of cross-border E-commerce logistics services,however,the lack of reasonable coordination mechanisms among the parties in the cross-border logistics network has resulted in the lower level of customs clearance.Therefore,how to effectively coordinate the relationship between cross-border logistics service supply chain nodes and realize the reasonable distribution of benefits and costs to promote the level of customs clearance and the overall interests of the supply chain has become an important research proposition in the field of cross-border e-commerce logistics service supply chain.This paper considers the influence of customs clearance level on the market demand,through designing the supply chain contract coordination model and using the competition alliance coordination method,studies the coordination problem of cross-border e-commerce logistics service supply chain,and taking the NetEase koala as an example,puts forward the construction of cross-border e-commerce logistics service supply chain coordination mechanism,the specific contents are as follows:(1)Study on the coordination of two-level cross-border e-commerce logistics service supply chain.Aiming at the problem of coordination between logistics integrator and subcontractor,considering the two-level supply chain consisting of a single logistics integrator and a single subcontractor based on the influence of customs clearance level on the market demand,this chapter builds the coordination model of single cost sharing contract,and demonstrating that a single cost sharing contract can not achieve supply chain coordination.Then,considering the reasonable distribution of interests between the logistics integrator and the subcontractor,the combination contract coordination model of revenue sharing and cost sharing is constructed,through the coordination method of competition alliance,proving the validity of the combination contract,and analyzes the influence of clearance cost coefficient and combination contract coefficient on decision variables,profit of each member and total profit of supply chain by the numerical simulation.(2)Study on coordination of three-level cross-border e-commerce logistics service supply chain.Based on two-level supply chain composed of logistics integrator and subcontractor,Aiming at the problem of coordination among cross-border e-commerce enterprise,logistics integrator and subcontractor,considering the three-level supply chain consisting of a single cross-border e-commerce enterprise,logistics integrator and subcontractor,this chapter builds the combination contract coordination model of revenue sharing and cost sharing,through the coordination method of competition alliance,proves the validity of the combination contract,and analyzes the influence of clearance cost coefficient and combination contract coefficient on decision variables,profit of each member and total profit of supply chain and the relationship between the combination contract coefficients by the numerical simulation.(3)Construction of the coordination mechanism for cross-border e-commerce logistics service supply chain--a case study of NetEase koala.Based on the study of the coordination mechanism of cross-border e-commerce logistics service supply chain,this paper further compares the order quantity of logistics ability and customs clearance level when different levels of supply chains reach the coordination level,which proves that considering the cross-border e-commerce enterprise,logistics service supply chain Coordination effect is better.Then,through the empirical analysis of NetEase koala,from the perspective of the interests and costs,tiiis paper puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures of the three-level logistics service supply chain coordination mechanism.
