Research On The Evaluation Of High-quality Economic Development Level In Wuling Mountain Area

The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out that China’s economy has shifted from a stage of high-speed growth to a stage of high-quality development.At present,Wuling Mountain area is an important concentrated contiguous poverty-stricken area in China.Based on the new stage of current economic development,it is a major challenge for the development of Wuling Mountain area to achieve high-quality economic development.In recent years,the economy of Wuling Mountain area has been growing at a fast rate,but there are still many problems such as unreasonable economic structure.There are still many shortcomings in the domestic research on the high-quality economic development of contiguity poverty-stricken areas.For example,there is no complete evaluation system in the research on high-quality economic development,and the relationship between the indicators affecting high-quality economic development is not very clear.It has become an important practical problem that needs to be studied to deeply and comprehensively analyze the current situation and level of high-quality economic development in Wuling Mountain area,accurately and objectively measure and evaluate the development quality of Wuling Mountain area,and rationally plan and layout the development direction and road of Wuling Mountain area.To in-depth quality objective understanding of the wuling mountain area economy development actual situation,this paper the development of economy and high quality at home and abroad about the concept,index system and research progress of methods of literature review,and the formation of innovative for poor continuous region economic growth,innovation and development,green development and people’s livelihood security,etc.The theoretical analysis results.Secondly,based on the five development concepts and the characteristics of economic development in Wuling Mountain area(Hunan),the index system of high quality economic development in Wuling Mountain area(Hunan)is constructed from four aspects of economic development,innovation ability,green development and people’s livelihood guarantee,which provides theoretical reference for the current research on high quality economic development.At the same time,this paper uses the mainstream objective quantitative comprehensive evaluation method-entropy weight method to measure the overall economic development of Wuling Mountain area(Hunan)and the high quality economic development level of each county and urban area,and comprehensively evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the high quality economic development of Wuling Mountain area.Finally,the integrated use of spatial econometric theory of various districts and counties in the wuling mountain city,the spatial distribution of high quality and economic development analysis,reveals the region characteristics of the spatial correlation of high quality and economic development and distribution,as the wuling mountain area shall poor areas in the new stage of economic development research provides practical reference,high quality To provide decision-making suggestions for local government decision-making reference.The results of this paper show that the overall high quality economic development level of Wuling Mountain area(Hunan)shows a trend of continuous growth,and initially presents a relatively stable "spindle" type of high quality economic development structure.The level of economic development and innovation ability of Wuling Mountain area(Hunan province)do not have obvious shortcomings and deficiencies for the overall high-quality economic development.The level of green development and livelihood guarantee in Wuling Mountain area(Hunan province)are the obvious shortcomings and deficiencies of the current high-quality economic development,which need to be further improved.In wuling Mountain area(Hunan),the proportion of counties and cities with low aggregation distribution is higher than that of high aggregation.Some counties and cities with outstanding high-quality economic development,such as Jishou city and Hecheng District,have not formed regional driving effect and radiation effect.Based on the research conclusions,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions from four aspects:stabilizing the foundation of economic development,continuously enhancing innovation capacity,adhering to green development,and practically improving residents’ living standards.
