An Empirical Analysis Of The Disposable Income And Consumption Structure Of Urban Resident In China

Since reform and opening up,national economy has developed rapidly,people begin to gradually enter the well-off life,the urban resident per capita disposable income and consumer spending levels are significantly improving.With the reform and development of economic system in China,because of the different speed of development in different area,there are also some differences in the income and consumption of urban residents in these 30 years.This paper analyzes the urban resident income and consumption in China,by using the co-integration theory in the time series analysis.This paper analyzes the processed data about the urban per capita disposable income and consumption from 1980 to 2014 by using some method,and then this paper confirms a long-term dynamic equilibrium relationship in per capita disposable income and consumption expenditure,at the same time,it also improves the truth of this relationship.What‘s more,this paper forecasts the income and consumption from2015 to 2016 through the establishment of the autoregressive moving average model.At the same time,in recent years,there is high and low economic development level among the various provinces in our country,the consumption structure of urban resident,other way to say is propensity to consume,is also different.To provide a strong basis to make the development of regional macroeconomic policies and to make pointed references to open up the consumer market,it needs to further study in the consumption structure in the different region,and to understand the characteristics of regional consumption.This paper analyzes urban resident consumption expenditure of the eight indicators in 31 provinces by using SPSS software.In order to recognize the consumption structure more profundity,we use factor analysis method to get the two principal component which effect the residents consumption structure,and calculates the comprehensive factor score,by the way,this paper also uses hierarchical cluster analysis and K-means clustering analysis to analyze the eight indicators,and the urban residents consumption structure is compared to explore the differences and changes in the consumption structure of urban residents through K-means clustering analysis method from 2012 to 2014.
