Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Business Environment Construction In Jilin Province

Since the business environment was proposed by the world bank in 2012,it has been widely recognized by all countries and regions in the world,and has become an important indicator to measure the competitiveness of countries and regions.It includes government,humanities,infrastructure and other aspects.China pays increasingly attention to the optimization of business environment.The Party Central Committee has repeatedly stressed the importance of optimizing business environment.In 2014,the economy of Jilin Province had a "cliff like" decline.In order to get out of the economic predicament,Jilin Province actively carried out the work of optimizing the business environment with the promotion of innovation as the focus and the revitalization of the old industrial base in the northeast as the goal.In order to improve the competitiveness of Jilin Province,attracting more capital and talents to Jilin Province,and developing the economy of Jilin Province.Based on regional economics,new public management theory,service-oriented and government theory this paper studies the optimization of business environment in Jilin Province.The paper is divided into five parts: the first is the introduction,which introduces the research objectives,research methods and related research results and theories;the second is the basic situation of Jilin Province and the achievements of the construction of business environment;the third is to find out the problems in the construction of business environment in Jilin Province and analyze the reasons for the problems;the fourth is the reference experience of the construction of business environment at home and abroad,The research objects are respectively Hubei Province,Chongqing City,Liaoning Province,New Zealand,Singapore and South Korea.Fifthly,based on the experience of business environment construction at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of Jilin Province,the paper puts forward suggestions for optimizing business environment in Jilin Province from four aspects of administration,rule of law,talents and infrastructure.
