| With the superior natural environment,the fruit cultivation of Jinhua in Zhejiang Province boasts a wide area,many varieties,and high yields.Fruit cultivation is an important source for local farmers to increase income and a variety of high-quality fruit products enjoy good reputation in Zhejiang and neighboring provinces and cities.With the development of the fruit industry in Jinhua,farmers often have difficulties in selling their fruit because a large amount of fruit of the same kind is put on the market at the same time.Due to the serious loss caused by fruit rot,weak sales capacity in other places,and the slow growth of farmers’income,postharvest processing technology for commercialization becomes more important.This paper uses comparative methods and research methods to analyze the theoretical basis of fruit commercialization,the status quo and restrictive factors of fruit commercialization in Jinhua area,and the ways to increase processing capacity to increase the value of postharvest fruit,the competitiveness of the fruit market,and the income of farmers.First of all,through the elaboration of the current application of fruit commercialization technology at home and abroad,it is concluded that to broaden high-quality fruit market and industrialize the fruit sector,fruit has to be processed for commercialization.Secondly,through the analysis of the current status of fruit processing technology in China,it is concluded that both the awareness and the technology to commercialize fruit are lacking all over the country.Third,through field visits,research and training,technical support,and questionnaire surveys in Jinhua,extensive and long-term investigations were conducted on the current status of commercialization of 62 fruit production and sales businesses in Jinhua.I cooperated with the Fruit Cooperatives of Hope in Jindong District on a scientific project in which I was involved,helped promote commercialization processing technology,and established two fruit processing lines in the company.Through analyzing research data,this paper summarizes the status quo and problems of fruit commercialization in Jinhua from the technical level,market level,and policy level:backward fruit processing technology,few research results,poor awareness of farmers,loose forms of supply and marketing,low processing efficiency caused by low consumption capacity,and the lack of modern supply and sales base and policy guidance.The reason is that the long-term attention in the process of planting fruit seedling cultivation,pest control and the improvement of cultivation techniques,ignoring the commercial processing is an important means to improve the economic value of a fruit,resulting in the quality of fruit into the market when the uneven,unable to achieve quality high priced sales,the impact of industrial development and increasing farmers’ income-In view of the constraints of fruit commercialization technology on the fruit industry,with the advanced experience learned from other countries and the actual development of the local fruit industry in mind,this paper puts forward suggestions for fruit commercialization technology in Jinhua:strengthening scientific and technological research and development and improving fruit processing technology,innovating training methods and updating fruit farmers’ awareness,establishing leading enterprises and implementing local standards for fruit,implementing brand strategies and increasing the value of fruit products,increasing policy support and industrializing the fruits sector,integrating production and sales information and developing fruit intermediary organizations,unifying planning and building modern exhibition bases,and keeping up with market demands and expanding multiple sales channels. |
