In the context of the increasingly obvious global climate change,developing a low-carbon economy has become a consensus among all walks of life.Therefore,low-carbon finance came into being,and how to innovate low-carbon finance has become a hot topic in domestic academic circles.As the pillar of China's financial system,banks play a key role in the successful realization of China's low-carbon economic transformation.While providing financial services for enterprises' economical production,banks are gradually realizing the important role of individual consumers in supporting low-carbon finance.Therefore,Chinese banks have developed low Carbon credit card business.For individuals,this business not only provides the relevant functions of ordinary credit cards,but also provides cardholders with a carbon purchase channel to encourage customers to participate in green consumption;for banks,in the future,the long-term development of China will bring many positive effects,such as the expansion of the business scope.At the same time,the card issuing bank attracts the attention of customers with a low-carbon concept,which is conducive to expanding its number of card issuance and increasing revenue.The fulfillment of low-carbon environmental protection responsibilities in life provides a new type of financial carrier that can lay the foundation for the early realization of a low-carbon consumption society in China.However,due to the immature development of China's personal low-carbon credit card business compared with western developed countries,there is a gap between the business development of financial institutions and expectations.Therefore,in order to realize the existence value of low-carbon credit card,it is necessary to have a deep understanding of people's willingness to apply for low-carbon credit card,and put forward targeted suggestions on the basis of the factors that affect the willingness of individuals to apply for low-carbon credit card.As for the slow growth of low-carbon credit card issuance of banks,taking Beijing as an example,this paper conducts a survey.On the basis of fully understanding the relevant research of low-carbon credit cards,it uses the methods ofquestionnaire survey and binary logistic regression analysis,combined with the results of descriptive statistical analysis and empirical analysis,to find out the factors that affect the willingness of individuals to bid and the influence degree and direction of relevant factors.Through the research,we found that: age,gender,education level,monthly disposable income,consumption personality,whether we pay attention to environmental protection in our daily life,the relationship between low-carbon and ourselves,the sense of responsibility for environmental protection,whether low-carbon credit card is promoted,the level of understanding of low-carbon credit card,whether we know about personal carbon trading and the views on promotion effect,these factors in different significant water Pingxia will have a significant impact on the willingness of individuals to apply for low-carbon credit card.Therefore,in order to improve the poor development of low-carbon credit card business,it is suggested that the government and the card issuer should simultaneously play a role of guidance and promotion to enhance people's awareness and acceptance of the value of low-carbon credit card.From the perspective of strengthening publicity and education,establishing and improving relevant mechanisms and learning from foreign advanced experience,the government can enhance individual consumers' awareness of low-carbon consumption practice;card issuers should start with simplifying business processes,extending product content,improving publicity quality and meeting customers' personalized needs,and further optimize product self-improvement Improve people's recognition and support for green consumption with low-carbon credit card.
