Research On The Parking Problem Of Zhengzhou Downtown Under The Background Of Smart City Construction

In recent years,Zhengzhou has witnessed rapid economic and social development,continuous improvement of people's living standards,and high-speed growth of motor vehicle ownership year after year.However,the traffic infrastructure,especially parking facilities,is overburdened,and the contradiction between parking supply and demand is extremely prominent.The "parking difficulty" problem has become one of the livelihood and social problems most strongly reflected and appealed by the public.The traditional parking lot construction and management mode led by the government can no longer meet such a huge amount of parking demand,while the construction of smart city breaks the traditional mode,provides support and help for collaborative governance through leading-edge technologies such as big data,and then realizes the digitalization,intellectualization and intellectualization of parking,which opens a new situation for alleviating the problem of "parking difficulty".This paper takes the problem of "parking difficulty" in the central urban area of Zhengzhou as the research object,through the explanation of the theory of collaborative governance and the related concepts of parking lot construction management,from the four levels of government,market,society and citizens,expounds the performance of parking difficulty,analyzes the reasons,and studies the rationality and feasibility of smart city and smart parking construction from the perspective of collaborative governance.Based on the field investigation of the parking situation in the central city of Zhengzhou,this paper studies and analyzes the parking problem by using the theory of collaborative governance,the method of literature analysis and the method of investigation and research.Through the analysis,it is found that the crux of the parking problem in the central city of Zhengzhou lies in the lack of effective coordination mechanism among the government,market,society and citizens.Starting from the background of smart city construction,based on the four levels of government departments,government and market,government and society,government and citizens,this paper advocatesthe use of digital means to break departmental,industrial,regional and other information barriers,stimulate the collaborative governance effect of various subjects,so as to ease the parking problem,in order to provide reference for the construction of smart parking and ease the parking problem in China.
