With the continuous improvement of the consumption level of ordinary citizens in China and the continuous and rapid growth of car consumption and car ownership,the number of parking spaces in large and medium-sized cities is in a state of insufficient supply and demand,and the problems of difficult parking and inconvenient parking management are highlighted.In recent years,administrative departments at all levels have successively issued various documents to actively support the intelligent transformation of parking management and the high-quality development of parking industry.Therefore,"smart parking" has entered a period of rapid development.The research and development of smart parking plays a vital role in solving urban "parking difficulties" and other problems.In combination with the changes of the industry and the adjustment of its own strategic direction,in order to find new customer growth points and profit sources,bank a launched the bank end intelligent parking business for individual customers in 2020 based on Guiyang City,and provided customers with code scanning payment,senseless payment and other services by taking the Bank app as the carrier,That is to achieve the purpose of getting and living passengers by improving the parking experience.Firstly,according to the operation and development status of Bank A’s smart parking business for more than a year,this paper analyzes the problems and reasons in the process of business marketing;Secondly,through pest and SWOT analysis methods,analyze the marketing environment of Bank A’s smart parking business,and study and judge the industry development and market competition in multiple dimensions;Finally,combined with the existing problems and marketing environment,according to STP analysis tool and 4C marketing theory,this paper provides scientific and reasonable optimization suggestions for bank a on the marketing strategy of smart parking business,so as to provide reference for commercial banks to broaden customer acquisition channels and enhance the comprehensive contribution value of customers.
