With the rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standards,the tourism industry has developed rapidly.A lot of labor force is devoted to the tourism industry.Among them,the post-90 s employees with distinctive personalities and strong self-consciousness have gradually become the main force of tourism talents.After 90 s,the value of employees in the organization has gradually emerged.How to mobilize their initiative and creativity and improve customer service experience has gradually become a research topic that is very concerned by tourism companies.Employee voice behavior is a kind of extra-role behavior that can discover potential problems of enterprises and put forward improvement suggestions,which has attracted the attention of a large number of scholars both domestic and overseas.Based on the theory of affective events,it is a new research perspective to explain employees' behavior in the workplace through emotions.This article explores the relationship between benevolent leadership,hope,and employee voice behaviors in the context of tourism,which helps to deeply analyze the emotional impact mechanism of employee voice behaviors,and thus provides a theory for the recruitment and training of tourism companies reference suggestions.Based on affective event theory and social exchange theory,this paper builds a theoretical model through rigorous logical derivation,takes grassroots employees in the tourism industry as the research object,collects questionnaire data in Yantai,Qinhuangdao and other places,a total of 255 valid and complete matching Data,through MPLUS 7.0,SPSS 24.0 software and SPSS PROCESS 3.3 plug-in analysis and processing of the collected data and hypothesis testing.The research results found that:(1)The benevolent leadership was significantly positively correlated with the employees' promotive voice and prohibitive voice behavior.(2)It is hoped that emotions play a mediating role between benevolent leadership and the employees' promotive voice,but the mediating effect between benevolent leadership and the employees' prohibitive voice behavior is not significant.(3)LMXSC not only negatively moderates the relationship between benevolent leadership and hopeful emotions,but also negatively moderates the mediated relation between benevolent leadership and the employees' promotive voice.And the lower the employee's LMXSC level,the stronger the role of benevolent leadership in the employees' promotive voice through hope emotions.At the end of the study,the results,theoretical contributions,and practical contributions of this study were discussed,and some specific suggestions were put forward to encourage the grassroots employees of the tourism enterprise to make courageous suggestions.
