Research On The Path Of Rural Vitalization Driven By The Integration Of Rural Industries

Rural revitalization strategy is the inherit the deepening and development of beautiful rural country,focusing on the rural ecological civilization construction,the strategy of rejuvenating the country,focusing on the prosperous industry,emphasized the modernization of agriculture,the fusion of the three major industries of rural areas.In the two cross goals,development in prosperous industry,ecological livable,polite phenomenon,rich life,speed up the implementation of agricultural comprehensive development of the party's rural through external beautification,internal reform,both inside and outside and comprehensive way,Strategy of rejuvenating country is still on the initial stage.The pilot across the country,referring the experience and lessons of the development of the rural construction at home and abroad all,combined with local actual,trying to grope the path of the rural revitalization,but so far,there is still the misunderstanding of rural revitalization,the positioning of the inaccuracies,pursue achievement construction blindly and enthusiasm participation of the farmers.Pingyuan county is a undeveloped County in the northwest of Dezhou.In this paper,literature comparison,system analysis,case analysis,comparative analysis and other methods are used to study.First of all,by referring to the research results of Rural Revitalization at home and abroad,this paper makes a detailed study of the towns and villages,and grasps the latest situation of industrial development of Pingyuan county.Study the industrial development demonstration points of some towns,analyze and summarize the different development paths of different kinds of villages,such as suburban villages,characteristic towns,industrial villages and ordinary villages.Secondly,industrial integration and development can stimulate the endogenous power of rural development.This paper proposes how to promote the county's rural industrial integration,It is far-reaching significance to retain the rural labor force,solve the hollowing out problem,stimulate the endogenous power of rural revitalization,stimulate the sense of belonging and participation of farmers,no longer rely solely on the government's leadership.This paper abstracts and summarizes the experience and practice of Pingyuan County to promote rural revitalization,puts forward the next development plan and suggestions.In accordance with the overall requirements of the Rural Revitalization Strategy and in combination with the development plan formulated by Pingyuan County,efforts have been made to promote the integrated development of rural industries,the reform of system and mechanism,increase capital investment,and promote the modernization of village governance.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide a reference for the development of rural industries in Pingyuan county and other County cities to drive rural revitalization,explore the path suitable for the integration of local industries and promote the overall development of agricultural and rural areas.
