Research On The Integration Of Rural Industries In Hunan Province Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The Central Rural Work Conference pointed out that after the victory in poverty alleviation,the rural revitalization must be comprehensively promoted.This is a historic shift in the focus of the "Three Rural" work.Important means and paths,only by more vigorously promoting rural revitalization can we better revitalize rural areas.The core of implementing rural revitalization is to accelerate the development of rural industries.With the continuous development of rural industries,resource elements continue to enrich in rural areas,and rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries continue to develop and integrate.How to further increase the integrated development of rural industries and realize rural industries in Hunan Province? The in-depth development of integration has become the focus and hot spot of academic and theoretical circles.Taking Hunan Province as an example,this paper discusses the problems related to the integration of rural industries,finds out the bottlenecks and restrictive factors of rural industrial integration,and solves the problems of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industry integration,which has important theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of collecting and arranging relevant data on the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,this paper analyzes and sorts out the core viewpoints of industrial integration and its relationship with the implementation of rural revitalization in rural areas.According to the research problem,the research ideas and methods are found,and the feasibility analysis is carried out.Combining with the existing theories,such as industrial integration theory,agricultural multi-functional theory,industrial chain theory and other basic theories,the present situation of rural industrial integration in Hunan Province is analyzed in detail.obvious.It is further concluded that the rural industrial integration in Hunan Province has problems such as unbalanced development of industrial structure,weak competitiveness of agricultural industry,and high input cost,and analyzes the reasons behind it.Then,using the industrial coupling degree coordination model to measure the level of rural industrial integration in Hunan Province,through the calculation of the coupling coordination degree between the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in Hunan Province from 2005 to 2020,it is found that agriculture,agricultural product processing industry and tourism in Hunan Province are The degree of coupling and coordination of the three is increasing year by year.From the time dimension of coupling,it is roughly divided into three stages,namely incoordination,general coordination,and intermediate integration.The empirical results fully show that the degree of integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural Hunan is not high,and there is still some room for improvement.By analyzing the influencing factors of the integrated development of rural industries in Hunan,it is found that the number of rural employees,the investment in rural infrastructure,the total power of agricultural machinery(10,000 kilowatts),the income growth rate of rural residents,the investment in agricultural science and technology(100 million yuan),the rural electricity consumption Such factors have obvious positive effects on the integrated development of rural industries.Finally,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to speed up the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in Hunan Province.
