Research On The Development Of Hangzhou Metropolitan Area Based On TOD Development Mode

With the continuous deepening of the urbanization process,the development of the metropolitan area has entered an accelerated period.The cities within the circle are at the critical stage of industrial structure and function adjustment.The development model with TOD as the development concept has become an important part of the urban development affecting the metropolitan area.Especially in recent years,it has culminated at home and abroad.This thesis firstly takes the development of metropolitan area as the research object,and summarizes the research contents of the thesis of this thesis by domestic and foreign scholars,and then determines the research direction through the research of the literature.Secondly,from the perspective of the functions and functions of the TOD development model in the three stages of the urban formation,development and maturity,through the impact analysis of TOD on industrial economy,land use,transportation mode and urban design,Combing and summarize its development mechanism and laws;and combine the development process of Tokyo metropolitan area to verify and summarize the experience;on the basis of the development of the development pattern of TOD development models in Copenhagen,Singapore and Hong Kong,the enlightenment of case analysis:industrial economy Land use and transportation planning and construction must be integrated;the government and the market must work together;the local and overall relations should be properly coordinated;the rail transit should be developed as the main skeleton of the metropolitan area;the role of TOD in different stages of urban development should be Fully mastered.Thirdly,according to the law analysis content and comparative analysis,it is determined that the Hangzhou metropolitan area is in the development stage;compared with the development characteristics of the metropolitan area and the TOD mechanism,the problems of the industrial circle,land use,transportation mode and urban design of the Hangzhou metropolitan area are compiled.Then,from the macroscopic point of view,put forward targeted countermeasures and optimization suggestions:(1)Accelerate the development of rail transit and promote the rational division oflabor in the metropolitan area.The first is to optimize the metropolitan railway line and promote multi-standard rail transit;the second is to encourage multi-subject investment and promote the balanced development of the metropolitan area;and the third is the industrial economic agglomeration strategy based on rail transit construction.(2)Planning and layout of high starting points,intensive use of land resources.First,adhere to multi-disciplinary integration and promote the development of TOD.The second is to build a TOD evaluation system to update the existing site land;the third is a land use strategy based on high starting point planning.(3)Strengthen the integration of public transportation and promote the close connection of the metropolitan area;first,strengthen scientific connection,implement site and facility integration;second,introduce relevant policies to encourage public transportation;third,strategy based on public transportation integration.(4)Formulating and developing TOD development design standards to promote the sustainable development of the TOD metropolitan area.The first is to clarify the content of TOD development design principles;the second is to improve the specific operational procedures and rules of TOD development;the third is based on the design strategy of TOD development design standards.Through case analysis and empirical research,this paper believes that the full application of TOD development model is the development trend of modern metropolitan area,and also a powerful measure to accelerate the development of metropolitan area.The conclusions are mainly as follows: First,propose the prototype period of metropolitan area-TOD1.0 Development period-TOD2.0 and maturity-development characteristics and mechanism of TOD3.0.Second,it is considered that TOD is a development model of land intensive use,which not only conforms to the trend of future economic development,but also will become a new method of urban design and planning in the future;the development of metropolitan area under the TOD development model will be TOD.And new hot spots in the research field of the metropolitan area.Third,the development of TOD in China will be a hot job in the future and for a long time.
