Research On The Construction Of Multi-Subject Behavior Logic And Benefit Mechanism In Land Circulation

Land is the foundation of national stability and the condition of farmers' basic survival.The transfer of farmland is an inevitable demand in the process of rural economic development.At the same time,along with the development of land scale,intensification and organization,as well as the flow of population,capital and other factors in rural areas,the transfer of farmland is conducive to the solution of problems such as agricultural production,rural development and farmers' life,so as to better realize the immediate interests of farmers.In order to further protect the rural economic interests and social stability,the government has paid attention to the farmland transfer,and issued a series of laws and regulations to regulate it.However,farmland transfer is not a pure market behavior,but is covered in the logic of multiple subjects' behaviors,so there are still some problems in the process of transfer.In the process of farmland transfer,the relationship between people and land is relatively tense.In this case,it is difficult for farmers to control the process of farmland transfer,and they are rarely able to fully benefit from the process of farmland transfer.How to effectively integrate the relationship between farmers,village committees(village collective economic organizations)and the government under the premise of ensuring the interests of multiple subjects,effectively guide the transfer of farmland,and promote the sustainable development of rural economy and society is a problem worth studying.This paper adopts the method of combining theoretical research with empirical research to study the multiple subjects in farmland transfer.Firstly,the paper studies the relevant behaviors of multiple subjects in farmland transfer from the aspects of characteristics,interest appeal and interest expression.Secondly,it conducts an empirical study on the land transfer cases in K county,analyzes its general situation,characteristics and the interest relations among multiple subjects,and analyzes the reasons for the conflicts among subjects.Finally,based on the research content above,from the perspective of perfecting the system construction of multiple subject interest mechanism in farmland transfer,the paper proposes the path of constructing multiplesubject interest mechanism in farmland transfer,so as to promote the scientific nature of farmland transfer.
