With the popularity of remote working mode, the advantages and disadvantages brought by this working mode have been concerned by scholars. One immediate question is how does this work model affect job performance? On the one hand, this new working mode makes the conflict between work boundary and family boundary more intense. It also brings about more freedom of the working environment and working time for employees.Employees can balance the responsibilities between work and family and spend time with their families at the same time. All these problems will bring about changes in employees’work performance. On the other hand, people’s characteristics change when employees’working conditions have more space. Will employees still urge themselves to complete their work without the supervision of leaders?Or just indulge themselves in the comfort of home to achieve low efficiency? How does the employee’s behavior change when working environment changes? The intensity of the incident will negatively regulate the relationship between family conflict and work performance. This research extends the research of boundary management theory and event system theory. This study complements the theoretical application of event system theory and boundary theory, expands the theoretical application of self-leadership at the individual level, discusses the mediating mechanism of work-home conflict and job satisfaction, and complements the research on boundary management and job performance.Secondly,by studying the influence of event intensity,we focus on individual’s behavior changes according to the occurrence of events, which complements the theoretical application of event system theory.
