In the Internet era,market competition is becoming fiercer,and market environment is becoming increasingly uncertain.Ensuring job performance is an important factor in ensuring that organizations take the lead.Work and family are the most important areas of life for individuals.Various events in the fields play a decisive role in shaping individual behaviors and attitudes.In an objective environment where times are constantly evolving,living environments are becoming more complex,and lifestyles are changing,finding ways to influence work performance is still an urgent and complex issue.Based on this,taking the characteristic attributes of dynamic events as a new perspective,using work-family conflict as an intermediate medium,and actively responding as a buffer mechanism,the in-depth study of the impact mechanism of event intensity on work performance was conducted.Firstly,by combing and analyzing previous research,based on the theory of event system,resource conservation theory,and pressure process theory,the research puts forward research hypotheses and builds theoretical models.Select the appropriate variable measurement scale and issue the questionnaire after appropriate revision.In the end,442 questionnaires were recovered,45 invalid questionnaires were eliminated,and the final valid questionnaires were 397.Secondly,the questionnaires were analyzed by the homology method bias test,reliability and validity test,competition model analysis,and hypothesis test using statistical analysis software.The results show that:(1)the frequency of overtime,business trips and temporary work is higher in the field of work;the frequency of spouse overtime,marital conflicts,and child discipline issues is higher in the family field;(2)The three dimensions of the strength of work events events,namely criticality,novelty,and disruption,all positively affect job performance;the three dimensions of strength of family events all negatively affect job performance.Among them,work-family conflict plays a role as the mediating partlyin the relationship between the criticality and disruption of the strength of work events and work performance;family-work conflict plays a role as mediating fully in the relationship between the criticality and disruption of family events and work performance,The intermediary role does not exist in the relationship between novelty and work performance;(3)the positive coping style plays a moderating role in the relationship between family-work conflict and work performance;the positive coping style does not adjust in the work-family conflict and work performance effect.Finally,this article puts forward constructive suggestions for organizations and individuals to deal with various events and cope with work family conflict,and improve work performance through research results: Organizations can take the initiative to “make” events and actively respond to passive events to improve employee performance;The organization should pay attention to personal family life,provide family-friendly policies to eliminate employee workfamily conflict,and then improve work performance;At the same time,individuals should take an active response to conflict to improve work performance.
