Research On The Development Of Sino-Russian Border Tourism In Heilongjiang Province

In recent years,China is not only "the fourth largest receiving country of inbound tourism in the world",but also "the largest source country of outbound tourism in the world".Its strategic pillar position of the tertiary industry has been basically completed.One belt,one road,is the most important factor in the development of many border areas in China.As a major province of China to Russia,border tourism has the inherent advantages of developing border tourism.The establishment of the "border tourism pilot area" and the "one belt and one road" initiative have provided new opportunities for Heilongjiang Province.However,there are still some problems in Heilongjiang and Russian border tourism.Weak,restricted its development,in order to better carry out the border tourism activities between China and Russia in Heilongjiang Province,and promote the economic growth in Heilongjiang Province,we need to improve in many aspects.At present,the analysis of the development of border tourism between China and Russia in Heilongjiang Province is conducive to promoting the rapid and healthy development of border tourism between China and Russia.This paper takes the border tourism between China and Russia in Heilongjiang Province as the research object,and discusses the research results in three parts.The first part mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper,the summary of the research of Chinese and foreign border tourism,and draws the basic framework of this paper.The second part defines border tourism,border tourism,border tourism cooperation and their related concepts,and analyzes the basic theories,so as to make a SWOT analysis of the development of border tourism between China and Russia in Heilongjiang Province,and concludes that the advantages of Heilongjiang Province in the border tourism between China and Russia are resource advantage,location advantage,policy advantage,tourist source advantage,culturalconfidence advantage and Heilongjiang Province The port infrastructure construction is perfect;in terms of disadvantages,there are also problems such as bad natural climate conditions,less and less population,tourism industry management problems,the differences between cultural and custom,and single border tourism products;however,the healthy and sustainable development of China and Russia's good neighborly relations and the establishment of "cross regional Economic Cooperation Zone" and "border tourism pilot zone" have brought vitality to Russia's inbound tourism.At the same time,the threats are the influence of western countries' sanctions on Russia,the restriction of local economic strength and the rapid development of tourism in other provinces.Finally,according to the above analysis and the strategic combination research of the border tourism development between China and Russia in Heilongjiang Province,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.First of all,from the system level,for example,the government should give policy support,formulate legal documents for supervision and inspection,increase capital investment and increase publicity.Enterprises should improve the training of border tourism professionals and cultivate more bilingual talents.Secondly,from the aspect of tourism products,we can attract more border tourists by expanding the diversification of tourism products,developing special tourism souvenirs and launching the excellent route of research tourism.Finally,from the aspect of urban construction,we should strengthen the construction of urban infrastructure,improve the urban traffic network and optimize the urban facilities to put forward countermeasures for the tourism development of China and Russia in Heilongjiang Province.
