In September 2013,President Xi Jinping proposed the joint construction of "silk road economic belt" at the nazarbayev university in kazakhstan,Under the goal of building a community of Shared interests featuring political mutual trust,economic integration and cultural inclusiveness,Cross-border tourism cooperation between China,Mongolia and Russia has become the general trend of The Times.As two neighboring powers in the world today,China and Russia are highly complementary to each other in the political,economic and military fields and have a strong desire for cooperation,The ethnic groups in the border areas of China and Mongolia are of the same origin and have natural advantages in cultural exchanges.In addition,the border areas between China and Mongolia and Russia have gathered relatively rich tourism and cultural resources and natural landscapes,The three governments also attached great importance to the development of tourism cooperation This provides new opportunities for trilateral tourism cooperation between China,Mongolia and Russia.Firstly,this paper analyzes the relationship between the "silk road economic belt" and the tourism cooperation between China,Mongolia and Russia.Then it describes the current situation of tourism cooperation among the three countries.Then it points out the problems in the present stage of cooperation from the aspects of politics,economy and social environment.Finally,the countermeasures and Suggestions for the cross-border tourism cooperation between China,Mongolia and Russia are put forward.We hope to take this opportunity to promote tourism cooperation between China,Mongolia and Russia,And the further deepening of economic cooperation among the threecountries and other transnational regional cooperation in the world to provide theoretical reference.
